Really friendly hosts who were always so prompt with their responses on the run up to our trip to Edinburgh. Location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside the property which got us into the city centre within 15 mins. Would stay again when visiting Edinburgh and will recommend to family and friends.

Oddny is a lovely, warm-hearted host and she made us feel at home immediately. The room is really nice and cozy and there were some teabags (and cookies 😀) and a kettle in the room which is really nice when you want to snuggle up. To get to the flat, you can catch the bus 24 and then it's just a two-minute walk to Oddny's place, so it's quite easy to reach and Oddny has told us everything we needed to know. It was a lovely stay and if we come back, we'll definitely check if we can stay with Oddny again.

We stayed with Aoife & Gareth for the week and they were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time. Beautiful parks to walk around, great coffee shops and walking distance to the highland cows at Swanston Farm! It was so nice to come back to clean, warm welcoming home. We would recommend Aoife if you're coming to Edinburgh.

I had a lovely stay at Abigail's Airbnb. The space was calm, clean, bright, and spacious — perfect for relaxing. It’s in a fantastic location, right in front of Waitrose, with lots of interesting shops, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. The street has a charming, lively feel without being noisy. Abigail was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always had a kind smile. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Paolo ☺️ Le logement est propre, situé à quelques minutes à pied d’un magasin pour acheter de quoi se restaurer. Il est aussi très proche des arrêts de bus pour se rendre en centre ville d’Edimbourg Grâce aux temps que Paolo nous a accordé, nous avons pu passer un séjour parfait, il nous a très bien conseillés sur les bus, les restaurants, les activités à faire Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise Merci encore pour tout

Lovely host and ideal location for visiting Edinburgh!

Shahab est un hôte accueillant et amical. Il répond dès que possible aux questions et toutes les informations sont claires et précises. Son logement est facile d´accès grâce aux consignes fournies au préalable. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et est très bien desservi par les différents bus et navettes qui se rendent vers le centre-ville ou l´aéroport, l´arrêt de bus se situe à 5 minutes du logement. Il y fait propre et le lit est confortable! Grâce à tout cela, j'ai passé un excellent séjour à Edimbourg! Merci beaucoup.

10/10 location. Really couldn’t have asked for a better location. Stockbridge is awesome and it’s a close walk (~15min) from all the tourist attractions, but you’re more removed from that hustle and bustle and feel like you’re in more of a local spot. Tons of bakeries and coffee shops that were great. The flat was much bigger than I expected. Felt more like a US sized apartment than a UK one. The place could use a tiny bit more love, but who cares with the location that good. Loved the fact it was on the top floor. The floor was creaky so I’m happy there was no one above to worry about. Overall, it was nice and clean. Erin was nice, place was great, definitely recommend for the price range.

The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

Lee's place was lovely. The kitchen was pristine and the conservatory was lovely. When we went in, it was raining quite heavily and the sound of the rain in the conservatory was nice and relaxing and also has the comfiest chair inside to sit in. Very quiet and peaceful area. Nice to sit out in the garden for a morning coffee. We appreciated the milk in the fridge, the coffee and the extra pillows and blankets provided. Lee was a very responsive host and helped us get to the location from the city centre. Would recommend.

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!

It was great staying at Annie’s flat. The neighborhood was very safe and easily walkable to old town Edinburgh. Anytime we had a question Annie got back to us quickly.

New Town is a beautiful part of Edinburgh and Cornelius's apartment was perfectly located to make benefit of its bars and restaurants. The apartment was just lovely with tasteful art work and a nice minimalist feel. Well appointed so easy to turn to home cooking when needed and all in all we would be happy to recommend.

Mark was a great host! super responsive and his place was amazing. Lots of tourists attractions around but also not too difficult to find low key restaurants and bars.

Lovely wee flat and host was really kind. Lots of treats left for breakfast. And well stocked with toilet roll, hand soap, bits for dishwasher etc. Dog was very well catered for. Garden is lovely. Lovely area with plenty of stuff nearby to do. Parking on street was never a bother. Would happily return!

Le logement était conforme en tous point de vue à la description. Le logement était très propre et surtout tout semblait neuf.Nous avons profité de la piscine ainsi que du sauna.Convenait aux 4 amis que nous étions ou à 3 couples.Proche de toutes les commodités ( transports ,cafés ,bars ,restaurations ). Et de plus permet une arrivée autonome grâce aux indications de Ollie.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

Great place for an amazing price. Ollie was extremely responsive an checked in with us making sure everything was okay.
