I don’t usually leave reviews but Graeme and his wife couldn’t have been any nicer to me and my girlfriend who stayed over for the Edinburgh Marathon weekend. He was very quick in response and so helpful for me any time I needed. Appreciate them letting us into their home and wish them all the best in the future

We really enjoyed staying at Adam's place, it was a very nice spacious flat in the leafy subburbs of Edinburgh. At the end of the road there was everything ypu could possibly want, shops, pubs and bars, restaraunts and great transport links into the city. The bus line at the end of the road was fantastic, we could be in the city in 20 minutes max, 10 when the traffic was quieter. You could get to all parts of the city too, The Old Town, Princess Street, Leith and much more besides. Adam was a fantastic host, great communication and clear instructions always make life a littel easier. He was flexible in letting us drop off our bags early so that we did not have to haul them around the city. We were a family of four plus one, we went to Edinburgh so that my son could run the Marathon with his best pal (The plus one). The flat had everything we needed and more. Adam even left some energy gels for my son's run, and very nice touch. We would highly recommend Nile Grove.

McLain was so accommodating, very responsive with communications and instructions. The unit was perfect, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. We had a great time here.

My experience with David was a positive one right from booking. I needed to change one of the dates and he helped me swiftly and graciously. He was very welcoming and made my daughter and I feel at home. He had croissants and juice waiting for us in the kitchen which was a kind and hospitable touch. David was helpful by providing us the numbers of the buses we could get on to go back and forth into the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with David very much! We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

Lovely, comfy, and clean place to stay. Great location with a super close bus stop and the underground station was relatively close also. Clear instructions and easy check in & check out process. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Kevin met us at the flat to give us the keys and show us around. He and Rachel responded kindly and immediately to my messages and resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. The flat has stunning views, is spotlessly clean, clutter free and well appointed. Well insulated windows and doors so absolutely no noise from the trains. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of an evening. Perfect for two couples. I thoroughly recommend both the flat and the hosts and would stay here again!

Fabulous stay. Richard and Dawn were very welcoming and the accommodation was very homely and comfortable. Lovely welcome which included supplies of bread and milk, butter and Jam and even Easter eggs (because it’s Easter) which was so nice. We loved it here - a beautiful rural setting. Very peaceful.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The location is convenient—situated between the airport and the city, making it easy to reach both. The house was clean, warm, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook and unwind. Parking was straightforward, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout. The layout works well for most guests, though the stairs to the bedrooms may be a bit challenging for those with limited mobility. Some traffic noise is noticeable at times, and in the upstairs bedroom, early morning light can come through the roof windows. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but light sleepers may find an eye mask and earplugs helpful. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay—we’d be happy to return.

Perfect for our short break. Spotlessly clean and modern interior, private secluded parking was a bonus. Ted was a great host and met us on arrival. Would definitely recommend!

Good location when visiting Edinburgh. Leave the car at the building, and take the bus to city centre. Grocery stores are 5 min drive away. Mustafa was always responsive and ready to help.

Great little flat in a quiet area, looked just like the photos and was very easy to check in. Host was communicative and lovely to deal with.

The stay was amazing! I just had one grip, it gets a little bit hot in the bedroom, but opening a window fixes the issue! Thank you for your wonderful home for us to stay in!!! Thank you for also being an amazing host!!

We had a great stay at Audrey's place. We stayed there for 3 months and both Audrey and Fergus have been very helpful and kind from the start. We requested an additional workstation and Audrey agreed without any hesitation and had arranged it before our arrival. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay with lovely walks close by. There is a bus service (every 20 minutes) with a 7-minute walk which takes you straight to the Edinburgh city centre. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and cosy stay without the hassle of the city. Thank you, Audrey and Fergus!

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

Loved the location, so many pubs/shop within 5 minutes of walking. Also great that we could drop off our bags in the morning before check in. Super responsive!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!

This place is amazing. Super close to everything you will need. We didn’t have to Uber at all since everything was so close. The room was very neat, clean, and beautiful. Lindsey was very responsive and helped me when I had question. As for some minor things, getting to the Airbnb can be a bit of a challenge. There are no elevators so you do have to walk up three flights of stairs with your suitcase. It’s not that bad but just something you should know. The bed is very soft. I didn’t mind it but some people like a harder bed. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as possible as those pillows weren’t the most comfortable. But overall, this place is perfect for the location and price. I recommend staying here!

Very close to a lot of restaurants. Close to the places we wan to go even the castle. We had a great.
