Great place, great and beautiful neighborhood

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

It was breathtaking. The views were perfect of K-38/K-38.5. I surfed everyday morning and night. This was a perfect spot to go surf. Very grateful. Felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Really nice resort. I will be back! 😁☺️

We will definitely stay here again. place was clean and close to everything Jodi was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!

Very nice and clean place! I would definitely recommend. Will be staying here on future trips also. Everything is walking distance. Carlos and Liz were quick with responding on all of our questions. We loved the White House! It was our first time on Isla Mujeres and I'm so glad we chose to stay in a neighborhood home, rather than a hotel downtown. La Patrona restaurant is one black away and has amazing food & drinks. There are little bodegas around for anything else you need. House was comfortable and clean, we especially liked the patio/balcony in the evenings. Marco was great, excellent communication, very helpful! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The communication was excellent, the condo was lovely and the surroundings couldn't be beat!

Such a great space and the best host ever! Her family also was around for anything we needed and so friendly. The space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wendy was very communicative and helped us with all our needs. Place was great and master bed so comfy.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Russell's place very much! The kids had a blast, despite the fact that the pool was construction. There were plenty of things to do at the resort. We just wish that the resort was not in the middle of nowhere.

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

I had such a great time staying here for a weekend trip with friends! The host’s warm hospitality and respect for our privacy made the place feel like a true home away from home. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this spot and can’t wait to book again for future getaways!

Sami was a great host. He was proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy guests throughout our stay. The condo itself was simple and had everything we needed. The pools in the common area are beautiful and get great afternoon sun. The Kay Beach Club that is available for guests is excellent and the public beach access is great. There’s a sandy walk in to the ocean that was great for kids to play in. The Tulum Country Club grounds are beautiful and the selection of restaurants close by are delicious options. O’Tan had a neat farmers market on Saturday morning and had live music on Sunday night - both were awesome. All in all, we had a fantastic stay - thanks Sami!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

The place was great , as per the photos. There was nothing missing to cook . The rooftop pool is not heated, which is a shame because there is a lot of space on the roof . The one downstairs is heated but less chair and no umbrellas, there is still shade. To do the grocery shopping there is the Wal Mart and the Chedraui not far away . We could order 20 liter bottles of water from the caretaker at the entrance was much appreciated. Oscar received us very well upon arrival . He gave us refreshments while he explained the amenities and we were visiting the facilities. Very nice stay .

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

Good location, great view, Jorge was quick to respond to my messages and we couldn't be more comfortable in the place.

We loved the apartment, it's super close to Playa Ballenas, it was very comfortable for the 6 people who stayed in it, I would definitely stay here with my family again. Keep in mind that it doesn't have an elevator, so you have to climb stairs to get in. Trucks pass very close to the condominium, good restaurants in the area

Great place! Tien was an excellent host! Very comfty and as advertised, the amenities and activities you can do a this resort are worth the trip!
