Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

A good day starts in the morning: although the check-in was automatic, Paolo rushed to meet us to help us with our luggage under a storm. Thanks for the hospitality. The house is extremely spacious, it could be used without problems even by larger groups. Nothing is missing and with Paolo's directions we also solved the parking problem of our second car.

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Apartment as per listing in every way. Nedim was very responsive and attentive to my requests and questions. Very good location close to the metro to get to the center of Rome quickly. A little noisy environment but it's normal for a city center. Thanks to Alissa and her mom for their warm welcome.

Absolutely everything was amazing! Alessandra is an amazing host with so much love and knowledge of her apartment and the city. She made us all feel at home straight away before we even stepped inside. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Very nice place, I would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of amenities, much quieter than central Rome. Good coffee shop and restaurant across the road.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

It was perfect, very close to the Colosseum and other tourist attractions. It was right in the center. Alessandra was always very kind and very responsive.

Listing located outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome even if a room is a little noisy. The bus is at the foot of the building and takes you in 20min Piazza Venezia, to the center of Rome. Close to the Trastevere district, very pleasant in small restaurants and lively pedestrian street. Very clean accommodation, large. Very easy communication with the host who gives many tips. I recommend.

Everything is very clean, very well equipped kitchen, beds with a nice smell, air conditioning working perfectly, essential or necessary amenities in the bathroom and kitchen all excellent. Yes, I'd go back again.
