Vacation rentals with a home theater in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Our experience exceeded expectations in many ways! It was by far the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Giancarla met us upon arrival and explained everything to us. Her apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable and she was an exceptional host! She thought of everything possible to make our travel experience special. She supplied us with a lot of extras such as wine, coffee, breakfast cake, bottled water, cookies, toothpaste, comb, potato chips etc. We were overwhelmed with her hospitality. She followed up to make sure everything was ok and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Her apartment was so cute and even had Alexa to turn on music, TV and AC. We recommended Giancarla and her apartment for anyone who wants a first class BnB experience!

This place is spacious, clean and in a mellow part of town. We had a party of four and we were all very comfortable. Walkable to some great cafés and restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay and the host was very welcoming. Would stay again!

Vi havde en god uge i lejligheden. Der var rent og pænt. Der var gode senge og et stort klædeskab i det ene soveværelse. Selve lejligheden lå i et stille område væk fra gadens støj. Giuseppe og hans team var rigtige gode til at svare på beskeder og komme med anbefalinger, rutebeskrivelser m.m. De svarede meget hurtigt på beskeder. Området er tæt på den gamle bydel i Trastevere, som helt klart er et besøg værd. Det er nemt og hurtigt at komme ind til centrum med sporvogn 8 eller 3, hvor de store og kendte seværdigheder befinder sig.

We loved the area. It was so nice to come back to a quiet, peaceful spot after each day of sightseeing. The apartment is next to the Testaccio Market, and there was plenty of amazing food options nearby. Barbara was very accommodating, letting us check in early and offering helpful travel tips.

Simona nos recebeu em nosso check in, apresentou todo o espaço e nos deu dicas de turismo e restaurantes. Foi super atenciosa e se colocou a disposição sempre que precisássemos. Sempre deixava algumas comidinhas a disposição na cozinha para o café da manhã. Local perto do metrô. Ótimo custo benefício.

Giorgio was a fantastic host! We absolutely loved staying at his place and the location was fantastic. I would 100% stay here again! Friendly, clean, and super convenient.

Хорошая квартира, отличное расположение, можно пешком дойти до Колизея и других достопримечательностей. Рядом метро и до вокзала Термини 7 минут пешком. В квартире есть все необходимое. Хозяин очень доброжелательный и внимательный. Рекомендую данное жилье

Polecam to miejsce. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, do głównych atrakcji 25 do 30 minut spacerkiem. Okolica gwarna, pełna restauracji i lokali klimatycznych typowych dla Włochów. Kontakt z właścicielką bez problemu, reaguje na każdą wiadomość błyskawicznie. Dziękuję bardzo 😊

Casa deliziosa, spaziosa, pulitissima con una piacevole veranda esterna. E' un rifugio di pace a Roma. Alessio è stato un host gentilissimo, pronto a venirci incontro su un arrivo anticipato. Inoltre, a 10 metri dalla casa c'è un bar ideale per colazione e pranzi veloci, mentre a 30 metri, si trova una ottima pizzeria a taglio.

Ich kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall für jeden empfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Küche mit alles was man braucht. Induktionsherd,Kühlschrank ,Klima. Und die Bettwäsche hat sooooo gut gerochen einfach nur Wow. Es gab sogar Handtücher. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt 2 gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. In der Nähe ist eine Bahnhaltestelle aber ganz wichtig tickets nur mit Karte kaufbar. Zur Lido muss ich nichts sagen e isst ein Urlaubsparadies. Mapy danke für alles und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Esperienza squisita. La casa è molto ben curata, in un palazzo tranquillo lontano dai rumori di una città come Roma. Per le mie esperienze sicuramente tra i primi tre posti. Per i motivi che mi hanno spinto a Roma la zona era perfetta, dal momento che lasciata la macchina, mi sono sempre spostato a piedi. Cucina e camera da letto perfetti.. caffè molto buono. Bagno impeccabile...TV stupenda per seguire le semifinali di LBA. Sicuramente ci tornerò dovessi avere necessità, sperando ci sia disponibilità. Io avevo impegni in zona ma anche se dovete visitare la città, mi sembra il posto perfetto per rientrare dopo una giornata in giro per la città eterna.

Silvias Landhaus hat uns sofort wegen seiner sehr stilvollen Einrichtung, dem Mix aus Altem und Neuem, seiner Natürlichkeit, der wunderschönen Aussicht und der Ruhe und Privatheit gefallen. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem, man konnte nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen dank der Moskitogitter. Auch das große Wohn- und Esszimmer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Silvias selbst haben wir immer sehr gut erreichen können und Hilfe und Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, der Ort poggio nativo selbst ist sehr ruhig und besticht nicht mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre, bietet aber dafür aber einen Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Es gibt aber viele andere Orte in der nahen Umgebung (~15min), welche Restaurants & Cafés bieten. Kleine Verbesserungspotenziale zum Haus wären: Kein ausreichend schattiger Ort draußen zur Mittagszeit (Terassenbegrünung von oben zu löchrig, vllt würde noch ein Sonnensegel

L'appartemento di Simone è in un'ottima zona, tranquillo silenziosissimo e ottimamente tenuto. la zona è un po' lontana dalla più vicina stazione metro, l'autobus ferma proprio davanti alla via dell'appartamento ma, dato il grande traffico di Roma, non sempre ci si riesce a muovere velocemente verso il centro. San Pietro è facilemente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Pulito e confortevole, vale sicuramente la pena starci. Simone è un ottimo Host, puntuale nelle risposte e propositivo, disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio di self checkin che permette di essere autonimi. Nelle vicinanze bar, super market aperto fino a tarda sera e ottime pasticcerie. E'stata una bellissima esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente

Pietro fue un buen anfitrión pues siempre respondía con rapidez y nos permitió dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in. El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma, la cama me ha parecido muy cómoda y bastante grande. La cocina y el baño estaban muy bien. (Si tuviese que volver repetiría sin duda, si estás pensando en coger este apartamento , CÓGELO) Ahora bien; se decía que había champú y gel y no había, toallas solo había una grande y otra pequeña, (si vais dos personas es insuficiente) por lo demás todo correcto. Recalco que es un buen apartamento. Paradas de autobús a 2 minutos.

Andrea es una persona muy muy amable y disponible …ha sido muy fácil hablar con él…y la casa es muy mona y limpia(igual a la descripción)…repetiría sin duda 😊

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

My family and I stayed at this home. If we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would! Livio and Krystyna are the best hosts you could ever imagine… they greeted us at the apartment, gave us a tour, had thoughtful gifts, gave great recommendations for both food and places to visit, and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. They truly went above and beyond! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located right by St. Peter’s Basilica. The street the home is located on has no cars so it was really nice to come outside to a lively and beautiful street without cars. The home and location themselves are certainly enough to rate this 5 stars. Having the best hosts ever was quite the bonus! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back again!

Fantastic stay in Tommaso’s apartment! It was exactly what I hoped! Super spacious, clean, charming and in the cutest area. I absolutely loved my stay and I would book again next time I’m back in Rome. Tomasso was super helpful, a wonderful host and replied very fast. I can 100% recommend!
