Vacation rentals with a home theater in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

We stayed at this amazing Airbnb in Rome, not only was it super cute and cozy, but the bus stops were just 1–4 minutes away, which made getting around so easy. Loved the small balcony and the very convenient projector to watch movies The local businesses nearby were incredibly welcoming. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast at the café right next door and ending the night with a cocktail and some good music at the bar just two doors down. Masoud was also super responsive anytime we had questions. The Airbnb was very well equipped, and my whole family loved it. We would definitely come back!

A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at! Giancarla clearly put a lot of thought and effort in decorating and furnishing it, and making sure you'll find everything you need. The location is practical: 15min walk from the train/metro station, and 5min from a tram line leading to the Colosseum and Trastevere. Also, plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is as in the pictures, and was perfectly clean. The bed is super comfy, and it comes with a proper feather/down duvet! As mentioned, all needed amenities are there, and more. One of the few places where I didn't have to think "why hasn't the owner provided [insert essential item here]" 😅 Plenty of bottled water, and even wine and some sweets as welcome gift! Giancarla was a very gracious and helpful host. Highly recommend!

En réalité mieux que sur les photos. Logement sécurisé. Ascenseur. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, avec machine à laver et étendoir à linge. Avec 3 enfants, vaut la peine d'être mi en avant !

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war immer sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen bekam man schnell eine Antwort. Die Unterkunft liegt gut angebunden am Bhf. Roma Trastevere. Mit der Tram 8 ist man in ca. 15 Minuten am Largo Argentina, von wo aus man mit weiteren Bussen oder zu Fuß das centro storico erkunden kann. Eine andere Tram (3) fährt direkt vor das Kolosseum. In Trastevere im Trubel (rund um die Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere) ist man auch in ca. 15 Minuten, wo man gut essen kann. Man konnte sehr gut in den Betten schlafen, die Nachbarschaft war recht ruhig. Morgens hörte man viele Vögel zwitschern 😊. Im Kühlschrank waren Saft, Wasser, Wein und Milch. Im Bad war Seife und Duschzeug. Gute Handtücher, keine dünne Billigware. Und nicht zuletzt konnte man waschen, Waschmittel war vorhanden. Alles in allem top Service, schöne und saubere Wohnung, gute Lage!

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und liegt sehr gut. Der Zug ist gleich in der Nähe. Von hier kommt man ohne Umwege in die Stadt Rom. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Stylish apartment, close to all the amenities. My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night but Luca was very accommodating. A great place to stay in Rome :)

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Well placed for exploring tivoli, Hadrian’s villa and Rome. The street parking is limited and it is a busy road that is difficult to turn round on

Como la descripción, lindo, es un edificio residencial, el lugar tranquilo en general. llegamos antes del check-in por el transporte y Pietro no tuvo inconveniente de que alojarnos hasta que realizaban la limpieza, fue muy amable.

These hosts were fantastic and incredibly helpful! Everything was well organized; the house itself is very cozy and spacious for two people, and it is clean and tidy. The hosts offered us advice on matters even beyond the house. When we sought their guidance, they were remarkably responsive, for which we are very grateful! The house has everything you need, without any unnecessary items. Everything functioned properly, and we didn’t encounter any issues. The house is quite stylish and fully immerses you in the beautiful atmosphere of Ariccia! This is a superb place to stay for exploring Ariccia, nearby towns, and Rome (the train station is just a 30-minute walk through a lovely town). It's easy to reach the stunning lakes of Albano and Nemi, as well as the palace in Castel Gandolfo, all while enjoying breathtaking views along the way. Definitely recommend!

Amazing accomodation for our stay in Rome! Would definitely recommend, Colosseum is just around the corner and a lovely peaceful neighbourhood that feels very local! The hosts are very responsive and easily accessible for anything we needed. You can tell they truly care for their guests and about their tastefully decorated apartment! Do yourselves a favour and book it before it gets booked out!!! I’m so happy our family of 5 were able to stay here :)

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

A stylish and cosily furnished flat in a very well-located area of Rome with plenty of space for four people. Very good, personal and uncomplicated service from Marcello and Giovanni. A great flat all round, highly recommended.

The apartment was great and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the two spacious balconies made the stay extra comfortable. I felt very much at home. Marco was a fantastic host who was always quick to respond. the apartment was fabulous smart TV which was very good for watching movies. The metro station is a quick 5 minute walk and only 4 stops from the Coliseum and 6 stops from Roma Terminni train station. I would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso’s apartment in Testaccio! The neighbourhood was a dream—full of fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, and best of all, it offered a peaceful retreat from the usual tourist crowds. It truly felt like we were experiencing the “real” Rome. The apartment was spacious and came with every amenity we could have hoped for. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with style and flair, making it feel both comfortable and like a home away from home. The location was excellent—an easy walk to Trastevere and the key tourist attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet at the end of the day. The bus stop nearby was super convenient and made getting around even easier. Tomasso was a wonderful host—always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in a local neighbourhood that boasts real Italian charm and great access to everything Rome has to offer.
