Maurizio war sehr nett und herzlich. Er hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos und alles sehr sauber. Am Strand gibt es Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ist auch in Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Bydlení bylo příjemné v klidné části města (i když lítala nad námi letadla, uvnitř byl klid a spalo se hezky), okolí je málo udržované a domy staré, ale jinak vše v pořádku, bez obav jsme se pohybovali i večer, na metro cca 10 min. chůze, v blízkosti super obchod Sacoph. Kuchyň byla dostatečně vybavená, koupelna byla též vybavená, postel a polštáře byli pohodlné. Daniela je velmi milá, dala doporučení na restaurace, taxi a komunikovala skvěle. Našli jsme si i sami v blízkosti další restauraci a můžeme jen doporučit Osteria Amici Divini. Řím stojím za návštěvu, Danielo, děkujeme 🧡

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Op het appartement is niets aan te merken. Het ligt naast een winkelcentrum waar je alles kan kopen om zelf te koken. Ook het openbaar vervoer is voldoende om je snel in de binnenstad te brengen. We waren er elke dag binnen een uur. Het was heerlijk om op het balkon te ontbijten. Het was ook privé genoeg.

This was our favorite spot on our trip. The bees buzzing, flowers blooming, birds chirping…. Nice to slow down after busy Rome!

Ascenza è uno degli host più gentili e disponibili che abbia mai conosciuto,la casa è bellissima,luminosa,dotata di ogni comfort,la zona tranquilla e silenziosa,il vicinato accogliente. Consiglio con tutto il cuore!

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Appartamento con veranda splendido. Perfetto per una vacanza in coppia o con amici/familiari ad Anzio. Due passi dalla spiaggia. A ridosso del centro, ma in una zona molto tranquilla. 10minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Anzio. Molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia libera di Anzio (grotte di Nerone). La casa ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Host super disponibile e pro attiv* nei consigli sulla zona. Grazie

Les hôtes sont super gentils et accomodants, ils nous ont transporté de la garre vers le logement et également du logement vers l'aéroport. Ils était très gentils même avec la barrière de language.

We stayed at Matteo's place with 4 young kids. The cabin is rustic and rough around the edges but has the basics for what you need and we LOVED it. It also has a cool vibe. We had a great time. The kids were very sad to go. We walked in the beautiful surrounding forests and meadow (which were magical - my 4 yearold daughter was sure there were fairies and a princess with wolf dogs). We looked at the stars in the clear night sky. We roasted marshmallows in the fire place and sang songs (nobody is around so you can sing and play guitar as badly and loudly as you like). We played target games with pinecones and built inukshuks. My husband made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and it even stormed & snowed on our last night which was thrilling for 4 Canadian kids who have been missing the snow! It was VERY peaceful, we felt like nobody was around which is nice after being in Rome for an extended period of time. We can't understand why the area is so underdeveloped. We were all sad to go.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement à 10mn du métro, très bien équipé, extrêmement propre et déco moderne. Le grand plus est l'espace extérieur qui permet une pose au soleil après la visite de la ville. un excellent accueil, des conseils et une réponse très rapide à chaque demande. je recommande !

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!
