Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan City of Florence

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

The house is great, quietly located, at an ideal distance for discovering beautiful Tuscany, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is wonderful!! Firenze is much too busy... Angela is super, warmly received, gives tips for restaurants nearby and always available, top hostess!!

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a beautiful home, everything was perfect. Lots of space, windows, and natural light. Elly was extremely kind and helpful as well. My husband and I thank you!

Our stay was clean and comfortable. Lovely apt, very clean, and very nice. The couple went above and beyond to make our stay special. Christina met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt, was very responsive if we had any questions and explained in detail where to find things. We were in a busy but quiet and safe part of town and never felt worried. Great experience and 5 stars! We will return when we come back to Florence!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

The location really couldn’t have been any better. Literally everything you would want in Florence is a pretty easy walk. I saw some earlier reviews that were complaining about a strange smell but he seems to have solved that issue, we were there 5 nights and didn’t notice anything. I will say that the stairs are no joke…if you are someone who will struggle with 4 stories of walking up stairs you should consider something else. It’s a 300 year old building so elevators were not part of the design. We had a lot of questions about local travel and local restaurants. Our host was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions. The view from the roof is fantastic so if you plan on a little downtime with a very pleasant spot to pass the time it would be perfect for you. The only minor complaint I would have is that you will not have control over the heating and AC. It is set at one temp and stays right there. Overall very good experience.

Marcella's apartment was fantastic. It was located right next to Santa Croce square which was an ideal location for Florence attractions and lots of restaurants/bars - one of our favourite restaurants was directly across the street! The apartment was clean and well resourced. Marella was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Florence and the apartment's terrace offers a magnificent view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio (very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the day). i recommend it!

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. The apartment was a great choice. Very comfortable, clean and with a lot of amenities. The location was great, in a peaceful area of Florence, all the important sites to visit were within walkable distance, groceries stores nearby as well as restaurants. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Teona was really helpful and friendly and gave us a great welcoming providing us with all the information we needed for both the apartment and the sites and tours. I highly recommend this place.
