Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

The property is remote & far from everything on foot. You need a vehicle. However, the view and the interior of the walls are worth the trip! It's beautiful. The room was superb, the only downside is that you had to go out at night in a corridor for the toilet. There are two beautiful large living rooms, fireplace, library, kitchen with shared fridge. A beautifully decorated inner courtyard. I didn't like my arrival, only after 3:00 p.m. because the reception is closed and there is no one. We wanted to enjoy the view and the pool (not possible). The next day at 10 a.m. we had to leave, they told us 3 times, we understood the first time! It's early, to have time to take a shower and have lunch. We didn't like it at all! The pool, although eco-friendly, is more like a pond where swimming with frogs is possible. Be careful after 6:30 p.m. if you have a problem, no one answers! (Towels for rent at 5 euro.)

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Gaia’s villa was wonderful. She was so helpful along with her staff. The room was clean, beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. Would highly recommend her villa.

This place is very beautiful, just what we wanted with authentic Italian designs, right beside the water, and very easy to get buses to the city centre! The breakfast was also delicious, very fresh and something different every morning. Claudio is lovely, very friendly and fun. One thing I would say if you are staying in the tower room at the top, the stairs could be difficult to get up if you have any disabilities/ difficulties moving. Thanks again Claudio 😎

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Tuscany, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by our wonderful host, who made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is an absolute gem, nestled in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The garden was beautifully maintained, providing a serene environment to relax and enjoy nature. The pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for cooling off during the warm afternoons and offering a great spot to soak up the sun. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious dinner prepared each evening. Fresh, local ingredients were used to create a variety of dishes, offering authentic Tuscan flavors. The villa’s location is ideal for those looking to explore Tuscany. We were able to easily visit nearby towns and vineyards, but honestly, it was hard to leave the comfort of this beautiful villa!

I really enjoyed staying at Manuela's! She was a lovely host. Her property is peaceful and calm and just what I needed at the time. I felt welcome and loved exploring her property and the nearby village. I hope to go back to this beautiful place in the future!

We had a truly delightful stay at B&B Casa di Lizzy in Fabbrica, Tuscany. The homemade breakfast each morning was a highlight—fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, served with care and attention. The hosts were incredibly kind and shared excellent local tips that made exploring the region even more enjoyable. The peaceful garden was the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by flowers, birdsong, and Tuscan sunshine. We would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a warm and authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany!

What can we say, phenomenal! If you are looking to be treated with kindness and attention stay here. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and assistance with our luggage. Ricardo even made us breakfast! This bed and breakfast is like staying with family. It is in perfect proximity to all of the sites and a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at Francesca's Casa for 8 days. She is a particularly nice, courteous and attentive host and I highly recommend a stay in her Casa. The entire grounds also meet all the requirements for a pleasant and beautiful vacation. We will definitely come back...

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. The breakfast and dinner were the best of our entire trip. I’m so grateful I found this gem. Don’t hesitate and stay here. We will we back!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Tuscany. Our stay was amazing. Daniele and Maria are amazing hosts. The room was clean, breakfast was served every morning, and the wine they produce is great. The views from the accommodation are magical, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby cities. We combined work and sightseeing, and the wifi was good enough to work from here.

Francesca (and her cat) were very sweet and welcoming. They treated me like I was a family member visiting, and provided a great breakfast and snacks and little extra touches. Her place was easy to get to and from the train station by walking or by bus.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

This B&B is ideal for those who want to get to know Tuscany and want to live it to the fullest: Daniela and Giampaolo, the hosts, are exquisite and kind people who welcomed us in a beautiful accommodation in this historic house and prepared a rich breakfast with typical local dishes, both sweet and savory composed of cheeses and charcuterie typical of the surrounding tradition and cakes prepared in the house and with very fresh jams. In addition to hosting us, they recommended many places to visit nearby rich in history and local beauties, both close as Loro Ciuffenna and distant as Arezzo and beyond, with the various museums, architectures and walks that made us experience a piece of Tuscany at its best. For us this point was very important, they were tips that are difficult to find elsewhere and the passion with which Daniela talked about it convinced us even more to do these cultural adventures. Highly recommended to those who want a chill vacation in a serene environment.

The host is very friendly and the quality of the accommodation is very good. However, it is a location that can only be reached by vehicle. The swimming pool facilities of the accommodation are nice, and the yard and scenery are all nice. There is a place nearby where you can have breakfast or shop, and it takes about 5 minutes by car. It's a great place with a really local feel. I also requested dinner and ate it, and it was really great. I would like to stay again if I get a chance. The bedding was also very neat and comfortable.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

The solution that Lavinia proposes is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are cozy. Lavinia and her mom are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! P.S. Breakfast was… delicious!

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!

We loved our stay here! Everything was beautifully clean and we found staying in this little town a more affordable way to still easily access other parts of Chianti by bus. The free breakfast at the local cafe of croissants and hot chocolate was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Andrea again for the stay 💜💜💜💜
