Luminoso, molto silenzioso ed estremamente confortevole, è composto da una piccola e graziosa cucina con piano ad induzione, un bagno con ampia doccia, una camera con letto matrimoniale ed uno spazioso soggiorno. Il loft e' dotato inoltre di aria condizionata. ·Per qualsiasi domanda.. non esitate a chiedere! Sono disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento o informazione sulla città, come i ristoranti, locali, musei e i principali luoghi di interesse. È ufficiale: è tornato uno dei più iconici mercatini di Natale in Piazza Santa Croce dal 20 novembre al 19 dicembre! Vivere a fianco di Santa Croce significa essere fisicamente al centro di tutte le attrattive del centro di Firenze, fra le quali la casa di Michelangelo,il Duomo, museo del Bargello,museo dell’Accademia,Galleria degli Uffizi,Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio. ·Per quanto riguarda i trasporti l'abitazione è in una posizione molto privilegiata, collegata perfettamente sia con i viali di circonvallazione sia con il Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia. Inoltre in piazza Santa Croce vi è anche una fermata per taxi, ed in via Ghibellina una fermata del C2 (il minibus del centro storico che arriva dalla stazione SMN). Per il parcheggio delle vetture (siamo in zona ZTL) è comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo Parclick (a pagamento) in Corso dei Tintori 35r, facilmente raggiungibile dai viali e vicino all'abitazione (150 metri). C'è anche il sito multilingue per prenotare il proprio posto. Per informazioni chiedete pure a me. •Essendo in un palazzo del '700, in pieno centro storico, non c'è ascensore e per accedere all'appartamento ci sono 50 gradini di scale. •Spese extra: -pulizie e cambio biancheria: 45€ -deposito cauzionale: 250€ •Servizi extra a pagamento (non inclusi): -possibilità di ristorazione in appartamento con cucina tipica Toscana.
