Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut gelegen und die Dachterasse hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Cagliari verbracht und würden diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder buchen! Die Empfehlungen waren auch sehr hilfreich.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Piacevoli attenzioni e dettagli per rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Abitazione fedele alla descrizione e comunicazioni con l’host persino oltre il necessario (ovviamente gradito), disponibilissima e proattiva.

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Federica. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist eine tolle Lage, sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder. Claudia, die Freundin von Federica hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert, sie sowie Federica sind sehr hilfsbereit . Check-in war einwandfrei, unkompliziert. Lieben Dank für alles 🌸

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Francesco. L'appartement est très agréable : les lits sont très confortables et tout est très propre. L'accès au centre-ville est rapide. Les bus sont vraiment à proximité, cela a été très pratique pour nous. L'hôte a été très réactif à chaque échange. De plus, il a été très arrangeant pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Unterkunft in top Lage - mit dem Auto keine 5 min bis zum Strand. Super ruhig in den Bergen mit fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück immer vom Host vorbereitet und sehr lecker, sorgt sich um alles und ist super freundlich. Wunderschönes Zimmer. Es sind mehrere Apartments in dem Anwesen. Man hat eine Common area mit Blick auf Meer auf der Dachterrasse und beim Frühstück auch. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und es gibt nicht all zu viel, daher empfehle ich ein Auto zu haben. Nachts kann man super viele Sterne sehen, da es keine Lichtpollution gibt. Sehr schön!

Wir waren eine Woche in Checcos Haus zu Gast. Checco war ein sehr guter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sehr flexibel auf unsere nächtlichen Anreise- und Rückreisezeiten reagiert. Das Haus liegt an einem traumhaften, fußläufig zu erreichenden Strand. Die Aussicht von der überdachten Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Es gibt in der Gegend viele schöne Strände und Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Die Hauptstadt Cagliari ist ca. 30 km entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen. Danke Checco.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Lorenzo war freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Selberkochen ist eher umständlich, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank

The place was great, lots of space, very well equipped kitchen, small garden where children could play. The host Eleanora was very accommodating and ready to help when needed. The location is not very central, but easily reached if traveling by car.

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut, großes Lob an Marco, war auch im Notfall schnell zur Hilfe und immer sehr freundlich. Danke

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

Ho soggiornato con 2 amici, la casa è ordinata e offre tutti i servizi descritti. Estrema flessibilità per check in e check out. Vicina al centro di Cagliari che si può raggiungere bene con auto e mezzi pubblici. Gli host sono molto disponibili e ospitali, difficile chiedere di meglio! 😀

Great house, great host, nice location.

Super Haus mit Pool (Gross und tief). Dieser wahr im Oktober schon eher kühl da unbeheizt und somit nur bedingt nutzbar „leider“. Einrichtung sehr Hochwertig und alles vorhanden. Das Haus liegt abseits durch eine Naturstrasse erreichbar. Im Dorf ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss findet man alles wie Restaurant, kleiner Laden, Bar, etc. Strand ca. 25 Minuten oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Im Badezimmer hat es nur eine kleine Dusche dafür Outdoor gleich zwei. Eine beim Pool und eine beim Haus :-). Dank Luisanna, Mattia & Michela durften wir bei Euch unsere Ferien geniessen. Die Ladestation beim Haus lädt nur mit 2-3kW, aber in der nähe findet man gute und schnelle Ladestationen für E-Autos wer dies benötigt.

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Il soggiorno è stato è stato molto piacevole, Corrado è un host disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei suoi affittuari. Ci ha fornito chiare indicazioni sui luoghi più belli da visitare e sulle attrazioni più significative nelle vicinanze. La casa è bellissima dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e di ampi spazi esterni; il prezzo vale assolutamente l’ alloggio proposto, dovessimo tornare in zona penseremo sicuramente a Corrado!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati bene. La casa è pulita e c'è tutto ciò che occorre. Posizione comoda e host gentilissimo.
