Vacation rentals with a patio in Sardinia

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

Marilisa was a very high quality host, she received us with kindness and benevolence. We would recommend this cottage to our friends without hesitation.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like sweets and drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The place was well-equipped with all the basics—olive oil, salt, dish soap, body wash, and even laundry detergent for a few loads, which was super helpful during our stay. The view of the mountains was absolutely beautiful. We did a short hike nearby with our kids and were blown away by the scenery—such a peaceful and picturesque area. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. Would definitely stay again!

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

Unfortunately, the directions from Airbnb were not quite correct, but through Alessandro's help you could find the place. Otherwise, the accommodation was an absolute dream. Very clean, quiet location and with a breathtaking view😊 Alessandro was really very helpful and fulfilled practically every wish. As a welcome gift, there was even a homemade wine and a small Sardinian specialty. We had a very nice stay!😊

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! This place is typically Sardinian. It's all cute. The terrace and garden are nice. You have to like the old stone and the rustic side. The bathroom is clean and functional. The bedroom is comfortable. I recommend it for one night. There aren't many restaurants but the surrounding archaeological sites are great.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. We had high expectations, which were met -- and topped! The historical house is so beautifully and well renovated. We were so grateful for the terrific climate system, complete with warmed floors, which were particularly nice since we met a fair amount of cool weather and rain during our trip. The garden is tidy and expansive and redolent of rosemary; we enjoyed having meals at the large covered table on the front terrace and reading and relaxing on the outside chairs. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating of our arrival and departure times, and also met us with food and drinks even beyond essentials to help us have a great start to our vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. I could list any number of other details, about the house and our hosts' hospitality, but suffice it to say that we had an excellent stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

Straight perfect - Michele‘s Apartment is very lovely and decorated with a hand of style. We felt home at once and the communication was top. This is one of the nicest AirBnB we’ve ever been to! :)

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Lovely apartment in the mountain town of Baunei. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with an unbelievable view from the kitchen windows! Good location for hiking, however the town is a small one so not a huge choice in restaurants/cafe’s. Gian Marco was very friendly and accommodating! Parking on the street outside was also very easy.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic spot in Alghero. Luca was extremely communicative, provided clear instructions and was a great host. The accommodations are charming and very clean. Perfect stay in Alghero.
