Vacation rentals with a patio in Sardinia

L'appartement de Ludovica, super, rien à redire, tout est parfait, propreté, emplacement. Ludovica communique avec ses hôtes, veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 9 jours avec 2 ados. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Ludivica.

Ruhige Lage, top Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Antonello ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was z. B. die Restaurants in der Nähe betrifft. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter, wir haben da unvergessliche Tage verbracht. Alles top!

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e ordinato con ottima vista. Giardino attrezzato con griglia, gazebo perfetto per passare una serata all'aria aperta. Alessandro sempre disponibile e molto gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Had a wonderful stay at Giuseppina’s. Perfect location for the beach, old town, marina and restaurants. The accommodation was lovely, with everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds. Giuseppina was really helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we return to Alghero.

Apartamento tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Fuimos un grupo de 8 personas y las áreas comunes eran lo suficientemente grandes para que todos estuviésemos cómodos. Todas las habitaciones estaban limpias y tenían aire acondicionado, toallas, almohadas y sábanas limpias. Nos recibieron con una botella de agua y vino, también teníamos cápsulas de café y para lavar disponibles. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, la zona tiene muchos restaurantes y es muy agradable pasear por el puerto. Silvia muy atenta y nos envió recomendaciones para ir a comer y para aparcar, también nos permitió hacer el check out un par de horas más tarde de lo establecido en la reserva.

Ottima posizione del locale, molto vicino al mare e in un quartiere tranquillo. Molto vicini anche diversi servizi, come ad esempio alcuni supermercati. L'ambiente si è presentato molto pulito e ampio, le foto rispecchiano correttamente il locale. Particolare attenzione va al terrazzino dove potersi riposare nelle ore più calde in quanto mai esposto al sole durante l'arco della giornata. Gli host si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a dispensare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui posti dove andare a mangiare.

Le logement était magnifique dans un cadre idyllique. Sans voiture sur place, je me suis parfaitement débrouillée avec les bus autour du logement (le 1 pour le centre et le 514 pour les plages). Je recommande fortement !

Casa graziosa in una postazione strategica per visitare le spiagge del sud sardegna. Host super disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine en famille ( 2 adultes 1 enfant et un bébé) dans le logement. La maison de Maria Laura est situé dans un endroit paisible à 8/10 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 /15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sorso. Maria Laura est tres sympa et nous a tres bien accueillie à notre arrivée sur l'Ile. la communication est extrêmement rapide et efficace via message (merci encore pour les tips et bonnes adresses). Le logement est bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer en arrière plan très cool. Un petit dej pour tout le monde avec gâteaux et confitures et chaque jour. rien à dire de plus c'était top. merci encore . bonne continuation ! Guillaume Deborah Milo et Matéo

Kleines, sehr gepflegtes, stimmig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Sehr herzliche, sehr hilfsbereite und äußerst kommunikatives Gastgeberpaar. Hier kann man schöne Tage verbringen. Herzlichen Dank für Alles, Maria Francesca und Sebastiano!

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Très beau logement, propre, soigné. Il y a de l espace et l extérieur est très bien aménagé en terrasse avec tout le mobilier qu il faut. Bien situé pour faire de belles visites et découvertes.

Nous avons eu un tres bon accueil. Proprietaire toujours reactif et tres gentils. Les lieux etaient comme decrit ! Nous y avons passé un super sejour! Nous recommandons largement

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana. Si tratta di un alloggio di recente costruzione, un po' piccolino ma dotato di tutti i comfort e perfetto per 2 persone. Il supermercato, i locali e la spiaggia sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione dei piccoli dettagli, ma non scontati, come la presenza di ogni accessorio per la cucina, carte da gioco, libri, acqua nel frigorifero e dolcetti di benvenuto. Gina non era in loco durante la nostra permanenza, ma si è preoccupata di farci accogliere da una persona fidata.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

Отличный дом, очень уютный. Понравился дизайн интерьера. Очень чисто. Просторная терраса. Хозяин оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы. Отправил много мест, где купить продукты, где поесть. Думаю, что мы вернемся туда снова.
