Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und es ist zu Fuß alles super erreichbar. Trotzdem befindet sich die Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, der Check-in einfach und der Gastgeber steht einem mit vielen guten Tips zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ubicazione davvero strategica per visitare tutte le più belle spiaggia da Chia a Costa Rei e il Pietto davvero a 2 passi. Host gentile e molto attento a farti sentire a casa.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Overall, the experience was wonderful. One thing to keep in mind for folks that are driving in, there is a ZTL around the town so you might want to be mindful or else you can get a fine. Aside from this, I would recommend staying here!

Very elegant apartment in an old building with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful providing lists of places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the marina and old town. It has private parking and was very convenient for day trips out of Cagliari. One of the bedrooms was noisier due to the main road but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

L’appartement de Stefano était parfait pour notre séjour de 3 nuits. La gare est à 5 minutes à pieds (le train arrive en 10 minutes de l’aéroport). La situation est très centrale, mais aussi très calme, dans une petite rue. Tout était parfait, l’arrivée autonome, les instructions, la gentillesse de Stefano et ses recommandations, la propreté, et surtout la conception de l’appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci !

Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Sheila's apartment is cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped with most essentials for a comfortable stay. While the ceilings are lower in some areas, which was a bit challenging for my very tall partner, it didn’t take away from the overall charm of the place. The view of the lake with flamingos was beautiful and added a unique touch to our stay. While the living room doesn’t have a direct window facing the lake, we still enjoyed the scenery when keeping the door open. What truly made our stay special was Sheila’s warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—sharing local tips and even providing toys for our little ones, which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you so much, Sheila!

Anna war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist groß, hell und liegt wirklich super. Es ist einfach, zu Fuß alles zu erkunden oder umliegend den Bus zu nehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Carlo et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels et d'une extrême gentillesse . Ils sont toujours là pour rendre service ou pour nous indiquer de belles plages et de bons restaurants. La maison est au top avec sa magnifique architecture moderne et la piscine est ensoleillée du matin au soir. La chambre avec la salle de bain que nous avions louée était idéale pour 2 personnes, très propre et la terrasse attenante très grande. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé du sucré, des fruits etc j'ai rarement vu, dans mes précédentes locations, un petit déjeuner aussi copieux avec des produits de si bonne qualité. Je conseil tout de même aux voyageurs de louer une voiture ou un scooter. Nous c'était un scooter et nous avons pu faire pleins de choses sympa. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin de la maison, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Ce qui est certain, c'est que je projète déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine car le sud de la Sardaigne est magnifique et que je me suis sentie comme à la maison dans la demeure de Carlo et sa femme. Donc un énorme merci à Carlo et sa femme pour le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé :)
