Very good place for two people. beautiful part of the City. Clean, calm and friendly place. Nice restaurants near the place.

Really strategic location to visit all the most beautiful beaches from Chia to Costa Rei and Pietto really just a stone's throw away. Friendly host and very attentive to making you feel at home.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Overall, the experience was wonderful. One thing to keep in mind for folks that are driving in, there is a ZTL around the town so you might want to be mindful or else you can get a fine. Aside from this, I would recommend staying here!

Very elegant apartment in an old building with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful providing lists of places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the marina and old town. It has private parking and was very convenient for day trips out of Cagliari. One of the bedrooms was noisier due to the main road but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

A return visit to Igino and Agnese. Such a warm and friendly welcome from such lovely people. An ideal place for our family to stay. Grazie mille!

Stefano's apartment was perfect for our 3-night stay. The train station is a 5-minute walk away (train arrives in 10 minutes from the airport). The location is very central, but also very quiet, on a small street. Everything was perfect, the self-check-in, the instructions, Stefano's kindness and recommendations, the cleanliness, and especially the design of the apartment. We'll be happy to go back, thank you!

Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5, including 2 kids and 1 baby. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with a very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beaches of South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and to Corrado's, a fantastic person always ready to help and really hospitable. Thank you.

Sheila's apartment is cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped with most essentials for a comfortable stay. While the ceilings are lower in some areas, which was a bit challenging for my very tall partner, it didn’t take away from the overall charm of the place. The view of the lake with flamingos was beautiful and added a unique touch to our stay. While the living room doesn’t have a direct window facing the lake, we still enjoyed the scenery when keeping the door open. What truly made our stay special was Sheila’s warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—sharing local tips and even providing toys for our little ones, which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you so much, Sheila!

Very friendly helpful host, very clean and central

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

It was a great stay and amazing to have the rooftop

The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Comfortable bedding, mosquito nets everywhere. Special mention for the small insulated bag, very convenient to bring picnic and cold drink ☺️ The umbrella also helped us a lot - even if I don't want the next ones to have to use it! No unpleasant surprises on the contrary, the apartment complies with the photos / descriptions. The place is peaceful and enjoys a beautiful 😍 beach view very easily accessible. Simonetta is considerate and responsive, she is not short of recommendations 😄 Thanks again! 🙏 and looking forward to it 😉

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)
