The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and perfectly located, a few minutes walk from the beach. Vanessa is very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time, thanks for everything! Small downside for families with infants: there is no high chair or mattress in the crib. Apart from that, everything was spotless. Highly recommend this apartment ++.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We had a pleasant stay at Jennifer's… the apartment is functional, and carefully decorated. The residence is quiet, which is ideal for relaxation. In addition, the children were able to enjoy the indoor and heated pool!!! Excellent!

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

The house totally lives up to the description. The layout and interior amenities have been taken care of, the kitchen is very well supplied for real cooking, the bedding is good quality and the spa/sport area is clean! No complaints. The environment is well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, and peaceful. To get around, a car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without so much as a second thought. 👍

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The decor is charming, cozy and very personal, quite untypical for a vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the superbly equipped kitchen, which is tastefully integrated into the apartment. The small courtyard is also great when the weather is good. We felt very comfortable - unreserved recommendation for the vacation home!

Very clean and very well-equipped (everything is well thought out, there was even a blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors upstairs at times. Check-in is late and check-out is early, but it's clearly stated in the listing. We were able to come an hour earlier which is (3 p.m. - 11 a.m.)

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Super pleasant apartment to live in, with a simply extra sea view! The terrace is really nice all the time: in summer, we live outside and with the sea breeze. Only downside: small smells of sewage not very pleasant in the apartment, this was reported to the person who takes care of the arrivals and departures.

We loved the accommodation, totally as described, even bigger than imagined! Clean and well-equipped . The central location on the island allowed us to travel around and visit very easily. The house is very bright and sunny. The place is very quiet and conducive to rest. Fanny is very responsive in her answers. We are delighted with the stay.
