Very nice house, quiet but a few minutes walk or bike from the beaches and the center of Saint Palais. The swimming pool is very pretty and pleasant. We had a great vacation at Marion's place.

We had a very nice stay in Montalivet! Michel is a very friendly host and gave us various travel tips in advance and informed us well about everything. The house has a beautiful location so you can walk to the sea and various markets. Overall, it is pleasantly quiet in the area so you can relax well!

Very clear announcement that allowed us to plan it right away. The rental is true to this one: high quality and very well-equipped; clean and extremely well arranged (spacious with part day vs night, 3 bathrooms, master suites); close to the beach, shopping malls while staying in a peaceful location. We had a great time with friends and children and thank Fabrice for his hospitality, availability and thoughtfulness.

Beautiful! One of the best airbnb rentals I've been able to do during my trips. The house is very nice, the cabinets, drawers and other cupboards are full of utensils and equipment of all kinds very useful. Even better than home. Everything is there. The bedding is perfect. The place is very quiet and the sea a few hundred yards walk at the end of the cul-de-sac. A wonderful Christmas stay. The only downside is that the bedrooms in a row have to go to the rooms to live from the outside so as not to wake other hosts. Not a concern in summer or winter for us but can bother some people. Everything is quality and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and fantastic house

We had a great time with the family for Christmas thanks to this villa. Numerous well-arranged rooms, large table to eat together, comfortable and clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen. Everything is here to gather for a few days. And there's space for 5 cars in the yard. Well located, Pontaillac beach within walking distance in 5 minutes. I recommend it!

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

Great house. Highly recommended. The privacy is top. Unseen courtyard with a very well-maintained pool. The host is very eager and also responds to individual questions or requests. We used the towel service to not have to take it with us. Great.

Very nice house with all the essentials to have a good time the bedrooms and bedding are spotless as well as the choice of pillows unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because of the weather only small downside 1 single bathroom for 4 bedrooms the rest was perfect if needed we'll be back with pleasure

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We'll be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon

Very friendly house and very well-equipped. The big plus is the pool and Gwen's welcome.

Weekend of 3 days with the family, we were 15 (6 adults + children from 2 to 17 years old). Everything was perfect! The owners were attentive, responsive and particularly adaptable (small wifi problem fixed within the hour, arrangement on the arrival and departure time). The pool was only to be heated from May onwards and yet they agreed to start it a few days before our arrival, mid-April. We made the most of it! The space was spotless and particularly well-equipped! The rooms are numerous and spacious, allowing everyone to have their own space. We really enjoyed all the little touches (oysters and white wine in the fridge, welcome kit with sponge, dish soap, garbage bags etc., coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, several rolls of toilet paper, etc.). These are details but are very appreciated. Probably one of our best airbnb, highly recommend!
