Vacation rentals with a patio in Medinaceli

The stay was fine. Communication with the host went very smoothly. The apartment was clean, and everything was available in terms of towels, kitchen equipment, etc. There was also ample parking right in front of the door, which was not entirely obvious in the rest of the village with all the narrow streets.

Great place, highly recommended. If anything, the pictures do not make justice to how beautiful this property is. Location is unbeatable for Alcala de Henares, just one block from the middle of it all. Restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We were a group of 5, and we had plenty of space to enjoy. I particularly enjoyed the patio, with the grill and all the beautiful plants. We had some good drinks and laughs under the lemon tree. Consuelo, our host, was always very helpful and responsive. She would address any inquiries right away. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful place, very beautiful. hadn't been there before. The great place, as shown in the pictures, even better, as it has a very usable patio. Great hosts, attentive at all times. i mean, the stay and the place, great!!!

Excellent stay in the middle of Calatayud, everything was very close at hand. Rosana was always worried that everything would go well, so we didn't have any inconvenience and enjoyed every moment of the stay. In the apartment there is a jacuzzi that we do not use since towards a lot of noise and we arrived quite early at night... so out of respect for the rules and the neighbors, we decided not to use it. a 100% recommended stay.

The apartment is magnificent, with an excellent atmosphere, spacious and in perfect condition; highly recommended.

I would stay again at this condo, it has all amenities. It was super clean and its location is perfect. The only thing to note is that there are few kitchen utensils, just for 4 people. But overall, everything is perfect!

Fernando is an excellent host, always making sure that the stay was to our liking. The house is just as shown in the photos, very cozy, spacious and with everything you need to spend a family weekend

This is a great place for a few families to stay. A standout is the spacious kids' bedroom, with 8 beds - the kids were excited to all be together. They also loved the park area, especially the mini-golf and table tennis. For the adults there are stylish bedrooms, one of them ensuite. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the living room is attractive, with its high ceiling and view over the water, with the bonus of a pool table on the mezzanine level. The dining table seats 10, with more seats for kids, and there are plenty of games to keep everyone amused. The spectacular feature is the terrace, with a 10 seater table (plus another table and benches for kids), a BBQ and fabulous views over the garden and the lake. When you get tired of looking at the water you can kayak or fish. All around there are walks to different parts of the lake, making it easy to get out and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a group who want to holiday together in comfort.

Very attentive, leave everything for breakfast so you don't have to take it. A few days before the reservation she had a problem with the bathroom and offered us another bigger house

We were very comfortable at Sonia's house. Communication with her was always great and always available if you have any questions. The house and common areas are very pleasant and enjoyable. We went with children and they really enjoyed it. Maybe it would be a plus in the house if I had air conditioning in the living room since, although at night we did not get hot because it is an area in which the wind runs, in the central hours of the day inside we did get a little hot. Anyway, we were able to cope better with the fans that Sonia left us and of course with the pool which was great.

The house is extremely beautiful, very functional and has a great breakdown. The host is a very kind person and responds quickly to all questions. There are nearby markets and a great neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay here — the space is peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing break. Special thanks to Marisol, who was incredibly friendly and helpful — even staying up late to make sure we arrived safely and got settled in. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! And definitely recommend!

The apartment was great! Location was close to the downtown but located on a quiet street. Apartment was as described, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Diego was super responsive. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Alcalá.
