We are on a second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, ideal for those traveling light, as climbing with a lot of luggage can be difficult. Just one block from Olas Altas, you can walk barefoot, relax in cafes, and enjoy the esplanade. We are close to all Carnival events, street parties and shows. A simple and economical accommodation for those looking to experience Mazatlán as a local.

One-bedroom studio with bathroom, kitchen and a living-dining room area. Special for student visits, business or tourism. Comfortable place with an excellent oceanfront location. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, a full kitchenette, a closet, a full bathroom and a dining room. Our accommodation is NOT shared, it is a single floor with several apartments; each with its own private entrance and respective privacy. We are on A THIRD FLOOR, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Apartment half a block from the pier.

The apartment's location is privileged. You are in the middle of the north-south esplanade, one block from the sea, two blocks from the aquarium, and two blocks from the bus station. It has two bedrooms. In the main one you will find a queen size bed, and in the other bedroom two single beds, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room. Accommodation for four people and a fifth can stay in the living room on an inflatable mattress.
