We are 10 minutes from the beach and the pier as well as the Aquarium and the "Teodoro Mariscal" Baseball Stadium, 15 minutes from the Mazatlán FC “Kraken” soccer stadium. We are located in a safe and easily accessible area. It has its own bathroom, climate control, a queen-size bed, a table with 2 chairs, a minibar, a microwave, internet, a smart TV, and a recliner.

We welcome you with open arms in our independent apartment with a Jacuzzi and terrace overlooking the ocean, which has a private room with a double bed and air conditioning, the rest of the beds are in the common area. A bathroom and a half are available for your use. Large patio for grilling meat. There is a kitchenette in case you like to cook in our apartment. Supermarket two blocks away and the speed of being four blocks from the boardwalk.

Welcome to our space! The bedroom comes with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Access is totally independent so you can enjoy your privacy and enjoy visiting our beautiful port. You'll also find our help at the house next door in case you need anything. We are a 3-minute drive from the "Teodoro Mariscal" stadium and just 5 minutes from the beach and the aquarium.

The beach is 15 minutes away. The place is a studio that has a full bathroom, minibar, microwave, iron, hair dryer, TV, Wifi, in front of a park to exercise, one block away you will find places where they sell juices, smoothies, hamburgers, hot dogs, roast meat tacos, seafood you also have very close Soriana Insurgentes. Street parking is very safe.
