Everything is just as shown in the photos, it is very nice, I felt very comfortable in the room. The place is downtown and very quiet. Mrs. Lourdes is very attentive Highly recommended, and of course I would come back

I really recommend it, some issues that arose during the stay but were quickly resolved, the rest was excellent!

The entrance was simple and they had just cleaned, everything was in good order. For check-in and check-out, I felt a little pressure from the host when the listing indicates that they are flexible, that is the only detail. I would stay again

We visited Mazatlán during a very busy time (tail-end of semana santa and 2024 eclipse), and were very anxious as several other AirBnbs cancelled on us— but Samuel and Mariana saved the day, by staying letting us know soon after we booked that they were excited to receive us, and letting us stay in their nicely appointed and perfectly located home. Whether staying for one day, or a week, or more, this large space is perfect. They offer a nice bed, hot water, and walking distance to beaches, mercado pino suárez, múltiple parks and plazas, and more. Mariana and Samuel are gracious and kind hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, provide local recommendations, and create a warm and easy process from check-in to check-out. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I've already informed the host that next time I'm in town I will be talking with him first. I travel to Mazatlán 2 to 3 times a year for the past 5 years that's how much I love it. I generally say it different areas of central but it's always around the same vicinity because I know the people in the shops I know people on the streets it's just a very comfortable area. and I hope I get to stay there again

Good place. The apartments are luxurious and everything is fine. You walk on foot and arrive at the pier and the famous Panama. It's worth spending a few days here.

Great place with wonderful amenities. Direct pool and beach access was amazing, and the whole complex was clean, proper, and quiet. A somewhat plain apartment gives you a nice place to stay in between exploring and enjoying.

The communication with Eunice was great, she always was quick to reply with several options and very friendly. The place is well located and close to stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Very recommended.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we worked on our sailboat located in the marina next door. We appreciated how quiet this location was - zero club noise - safe parking and responsive maintenance team.

Very easy to check-in. Please be aware that the unit is on the third floor without a lift. You will need assistance with large luggage. Once you enter, the place is just as you see on the photos, elegant and classy with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a 5 gallon jug of water, even though the unit has filtered water. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, dish towels, etc. Great refrigerator to keep food, fruits and juices nice and cold. Large showers with plenty of towels and hot water. Ceiling fans and TVs with remotes in every room. Easy to locate for the Uber, DiDi or taxi; 10 minutes to a Walmart. One block from the beach to watch beautiful sunsets! Wonderful hosts!

Everything was well organized and very friendly and attentive to the welcome

Excellent apartment, located on the 3rd floor, is small but has everything indispensable, small stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker, card, clean bath towels, the only thing that would be missing would be a broom and collector which tube to buy to do the cleaning. In general it is very good for 3 people, the AC is perfect and the screen had Roku system with Netflix enabled which was a plus. What I would highlight is that the roofed parking is for the guests of the 1st and 2nd floor, one must leave your vehicle outside, although being a private colony there is no danger of anything, still it was a very pleasant experience, the host is always attentive. I wish we'll be back again 😄

The 10/10 places complies with everything that appears in the photographs , a beautiful and special view, you find all the basic amenities on hand (convenience stores, pharmacies , restaurants, tourist places,etc.) The place is at the foot of the promenade and the beach Highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Note: By the construction of a hotel on the side of the building it becomes a little annoying the noise they make when you are in the ROOFTOP and likewise the pool must be given constant cleaning to avoid garbage

Very well located the apartment, just a few meters from the beach access. By the way that beach part is the most beautiful in Mazatlan. I liked the place, I highly recommend it.

Since we started communication with the Host she was very responsive. The place is very nice, very clean and comfortable. The location is great there are convenience stores close by and great places to eat too. I really recommend this place. Definitely will keep this apartment in mind when we come back.
