This cozy apartment located on the third floor (no elevator) offers comfort and is perfect for resting after a day in Mazatlán. It has a double bed, 32" TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with electric shower, a kitchenette, and a large patio. Its best quality is its location in a very quiet area, near the baseball stadium, Nuevo Acuario Mar de Cortés, Parque Central, and the beach. Apartment located 5 minutes away from the boardwalk

The apartment is very central, the neighborhood is quiet, one of the oldest in the port, you can walk to the beach in five minutes, to traditional restaurants such as Panama and Mariscos el Torito, as well as taquerias and Juan Carrasco market. Recently remodeled, it has air conditioning throughout the apartment, hot water, smart TV and WiFi. The terrace has a very nice garden. You will undoubtedly feel very close to the Mazatleca culture.

The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to Machado, Centro, the Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking on the sand. You can rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire pier.
