La Casa Del Capitan is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled . It has six apartments that were named after my favorite islands in Mexico. Isla Espíritu Santo is a two bedroom with a kitchen and 2 1/2 bath. It features a beautiful marble table, wooden furniture, and leather couches .This apartment is on the third floor and has two sets of steps. Below is a barbecue and pool area. The best part It’s just a block from the beach and has an amazing view of the beach and Olas Altas.

Our beautiful and quiet neighborhood is a recovered and remodeled space from the 1950s protected by INAH. Each space is unique and private. This small loft is on the second floor next to the common terrace. It is a "local" area and its location is perfect for those who prefer to walk to tourist spots such as Plaza Machado, the pier, beaches, Olas Altas, bars and restaurants less than 12 minutes away on foot.
