Newly built apartment with an "independent" entrance on the upper floor, where you can enjoy your stay pleasantly. We are 10 minutes from the beach and the pier as well as the Aquarium and the "Teodoro Mariscal" Baseball Stadium, 15 minutes from the Mazatlán FC “Kraken” soccer stadium. We are located in a safe and easily accessible area. It has its own bathroom, climate control, a queen-size bed, a table with 2 chairs, a minibar, a microwave, internet, a smart TV, and a recliner.

Access is totally independent so you can enjoy your privacy, in addition to having a garage and so enjoy while visiting our beautiful port. You will also find us in the house next door in case you need anything. We are located 5 minutes away from the stadium "Teodoro Mariscal" and a 7 minute walk to the beach and the aquarium.

Nice house inside a private ranch with horses. It is a very quiet and comfortable place with a beautiful garden. Its bedrooms are small but very comfortable for sleeping.
