We are 10 minutes from the beach and the pier as well as the Aquarium and the "Teodoro Mariscal" Baseball Stadium, 15 minutes from the Mazatlán FC “Kraken” soccer stadium. We are located in a safe and easily accessible area. It has its own bathroom, climate control, a queen-size bed, a table with 2 chairs, a minibar, a microwave, internet, a smart TV, and a recliner.

Downtown is a 10-minute drive away, or you can use the Uber or Didi app.

You'll also find our help at the house next door in case you need anything. We are a 3-minute drive from the "Teodoro Mariscal" stadium and just 5 minutes from the beach and the aquarium.

It is equipped and decorated for family use. With the minimum requirements of a house. Hot water, stove, refrigerator, fresh linens and towels, TV (currently with Sky), etc.
