You do NOT have to purchase the All-Inclusive meal plan, it is OPTIONAL. I also have a 2Bd-3Bth Pres Suite for $1795/week The 3Bd Penthouse is basically a 2Bd/3Bth Presidential Suite with the Studio right next door. The Studio is a separate room with separate entrance but it is right next door to the 2Bd/3Bth Presidential Suite.
