This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Beautiful and spacious house in front of the SEA with 3 bedrooms ideal for 12 people with a private pool. A 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center. Fully refrigerated, 2 floors, 4 full bathrooms, living room with smart TV, dining room for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen. It has a barbecue, outdoor furniture for the pool area. (At the moment there is no good telephone coverage in the area, we have Wi-Fi) private parking.

The condo is very safe and has large spaces in all its areas, located right in front of the beach, on the esplanade (where the iconic carnival takes place). The beach located on the front has palapas with variety of seafood, fish and other local specialties, as well as refreshing drinks.
