The house is beautiful, with character, spacious and offers plenty of different places to pass the time (terrace, living room, patio, pool...). We lacked nothing, we had nice walks and visits. Cécile is very friendly and available! Thank you 🤩

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

The stay went well, we had a great welcome, very nice. I would recommend it in a second, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant. We'll probably come back to that.

We stayed for one night in the apartment Resi 'Danse with our 3 children. It is very suitable for our family! The bedding is very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is beautifully decorated and arranged. Thomas was very responsive after a little check-in problem, thank you again for your attention. We hope to stop again on an upcoming trip, maybe in the summer to enjoy the outdoors... ☺️

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for several months during the winter and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, overlooking Place Carnot, with everything a short walk away including: le canal du Midi, la rivière de l’Aude, and le Cité Médiéval. It was also fun using the electric bikes for hire just around the corner. As a female traveller, I felt safe in Carcassonne and didn’t experience any threatening behaviour. There’s plenty going on but with a peaceful, laid back vibe. The apartment is as described, spacious and full of French charm with south-facing windows which flood the lounge with sunlight, effective heating, an excellent quality firm mattress, and a large shower. The WiFi was robust and reliable for remote Zoom working. Fabienne was a great host—responsive and flexible, always willing to help but never intrusive. This apartment offers an authentic French experience in the best location. I can’t wait to return! Thank you!

We had a great time at Maria and Stéphane's apartment. The bed is very comfortable and we felt good in this home. In addition to the accommodation itself, it was the human interaction with our hosts that marked our stay. Maria and Stéphane are welcoming and warm... Not to mention the delicious dinner in their restaurant: a special mention for the Iberian pork pluma😋. Thank you for everything Maria and Stéphane. It was nice to meet you.

This is the second time I've booked a place with Jérôme for a stopover on my way. It's a pleasure every time. The accommodation is very nice and Jérôme is a great host. I would recommend it in a second.

Small one-night stopover on our way back from the Christmas holidays in Kamelia's very cozy apartment. We wanted to introduce our children to the castle and the medieval city. It's done, especially since the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city gates. Kamelia is very responsive as well as her dad who hosted us very warmly. Carcassonne is a beautiful city. Next time, we'll stay longer. Thank you very much.

Nice apartment, well arranged. Everything is well thought out. Sabine is accommodating and very pleasant. The building is quiet and the apartment was clean. The reserved parking space is a plus and makes the stay easier.

Great stay at this apartment! We were greeted by friends of the host who were very nice and warm. The apartment is very functional, with all the necessities. The decor is very nice, the bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Everything was clean upon arrival. The parking space is great, and we are close to the city (5 min drive). We highly recommend this place for a few nights or more! Thanks a lot ☺️
