Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy your morning coffee on the raised terrace, relax with a good book, and go on hikes starting from the cottage: between the Haut-Languedoc, the Montagne Noire, and the Monts de Lacaune, you can gently reconnect with what truly matters.

Vacation, April 2026: HEATED POOL included. 5 minutes from ALBI, as a couple, with friends or family, this 18th century building will welcome you in its TWO LARGE AIR-CONDITIONED rooms with PRIVATE bathrooms and its living spaces with all the comforts (WIFI, connected TV...). The SWIMMING POOL is HEATED from June to September (if nighttime temperature > 16°C/60°F), secured by a cover, and shared. The house and its private garden are completely self-contained on the wooded and landscaped La Maresque property.

In a lovely village alongside the Canal du Midi & only 20min from Carcassonne. Olive Tree has views over the 2 acre mediteranean garden. The 2 bed gîte is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your four legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has its own private patio for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. The gite has shared access to a large heated pool amongst the olive trees and lavander with far reaching views of the mountains. 45 mins to the Med coast.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

La Gargouille des Corbières A wine tank you can live in

The gargoyle is an unusual gîte, renovated in an old small wine cellar in the middle of the Corbières at the end of an old village of 30 inhabitants; surrounded by nature on 5000 m² of south-facing land overlooking the scrubland where many hiking trails start. The building consists of an old wine cellar and an old sheepfold inhabited by the owners. Both parties are completely independent.
