We had a wonderful week in the cozy accommodation. The view from the window and from the terrace into the countryside is priceless and we felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished cottage. A very pleasant stay with our host Dany, nothing fell short of our expectations. We love this place above the river, close to the Montagne Noire where we have been coming every year for 13 years. Looks exactly like the photos and super convenient to town. The city center, many restaurants and Les Halles are all walkable making this a great choice for exploring Narbonne. AC and WiFi worked very well and the parking spot is assigned to the unit, so no searching! If you’re driving a car larger than a standard European-size car, the spot may be a bit tight but I had no issue with my rental car. Thank you Karyne for being a responsive, proactive host too!

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. The apartment is perfect for two people, spacious and well organized with a comfortable bed and a very well-equipped kitchen. This allows you to make the most of the market, which is a few minutes' walk away, and there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment is well located in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Albi.

We had a lovely stay. If I had to say one slightly negative point, the second bedroom is a little small, which was not a problem for us because there were only 2 of us. Nicolas is very welcoming. The accommodation is quiet while being close to everything.

perfect, peaceful environment

We stayed at the house for a week at the end of May. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a wooded garden (no neighbors opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Very well located apartment, to access the city center on foot. Parking in the residence is really a plus. Accommodation as pictured, spacious and comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable. Élodie is friendly, very accommodating and very responsive. We highly recommend it and will surely come back

A small cocoon on the ground floor of a beautiful house of character, nestled in the lovely village of Peyriac-sur-Mer. The place has character, calm reigns. The hosts are charming, welcoming. The village is relaxing, with stunning picturesque walks on the pontoons above the pond. Address to recommend without hesitation to discover the village and its surroundings!
