The apartment GAU.GLÜCK:) on the outskirts of Gaukönigshofen, located directly on the Mühlbach pond, is located almost in the center of the EU, 20 km south of Würzburg, in the middle of the Ochsenfurt Gau. The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of heart and soul in 2021, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we will provide a children's travel bed. A high chair is also available. Reading material for all ages and board games for the whole family ensure good entertainment.

Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt.
