Very nice and very clean apartment. We felt very comfortable and you can take wonderful bike tours directly from the accommodation. The landlords are very helpful and friendly! Everything is very straightforward. Würzburg is a very beautiful city and easily accessible.

We had a great stay! Located in a top location – quiet and at the same time close to the highway, so perfect for transit. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired: everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The size of the apartment was also ideal – you immediately feel comfortable. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly nice and helpful host, who was always available and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a problem with the car – she helped us immediately, contacted acquaintances and supported us superbly. We're really grateful for that! Another big plus is the private parking right in front of the Airbnb – very convenient. We will definitely be happy to come back – absolutely recommended!

Nice apartment at really nice place.

The apartment was very nice and stylish. Everything worked smoothly and we felt comfortable. The two parking spaces were particularly practical. Communicating with the host was easy and quick. The view from the apartment was also really nice from all sides. Overall a very pleasant stay in Würzburg :)

The apartment was easy to reach, the check-in as well, we felt right at home, everything nice and clean and there was everything you needed and possibly could have needed. Apartment/bathroom was immediately warm without having to turn on excessively! We liked it, especially the equipment of the kitchen (same coffee machine as at home...*laugh*), also enough towels/bath towels (but we didn't need) available. We'll be happy to come back.

We have been to Ulrich several times and always enjoy the days very much. Especially in summer with the tranquility and the wonderful view of the garden, it is a recommended place. Ulrich's tips for leisure and gastronomy are great!

The apartment is very large and tastefully furnished. We felt comfortable immediately and will recommend it. For cyclists, the area is a dream. You can also easily take the train to Würzburg and Nuremberg.

The apartment is well located, just minutes from the train station. We were able to reach almost all excursion destinations by train. You can also take beautiful walks in the area and you can quickly reach the Main. From the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the vineyards. The apartment was very clean and you will find everything you need. Check-in was straightforward and the host was always friendly and easy to reach. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable.

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Würzburg - within a few minutes walk you’re right at the center of the city. We were able to find either street parking or parkade parking very close by to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. We immediately felt at home, the attic apartment is very bright with lots of windows. The location is great for everything, whether hiking, biking or relaxing. In the orchard, we were able to enjoy the sun on two loungers and snacked on a few cherries. Everything went smoothly, great, thank you, highly recommended. 👍

Those who want to leave their own four walls with children will find a beautiful accommodation with great play opportunities for the little ones here at Ulli and Sonja. Unfortunately, we were only passing through and arrived so late after several traffic jams that we could not use all the amenities such as the sauna or pool. However, our daughter was very happy about the beautiful garden the next morning. Otherwise: Ulli and Sonja are extremely courteous and simply very dear people who immediately make you feel welcome.

The three of us spent a weekend in the nice bright and quiet apartment. The apartment is spacious and it is, except for a few small things, everything you need. The apartment is neat, in the bathroom there are minor beauty defects here and there that did not bother us very much. The exchange with the host was great! Fast, friendly and even responded to an extra request without ifs and buts. Excellent 👍🏼 From the apartment you can explore Kitzingen wonderfully. A truly beautiful little town. Restaurants & cafes are numerous. We recommend breakfast at Cafe Konrad❤️. All in all we had a great girls weekend. Thanks so much

super nice accommodation near the old town with lush amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Very comfy beds and pillows. Everything is available if you want to cook, bake or just make tea or coffee. Everything is very high quality, new and well maintained Worth a trip overall.

The apartment is nicely decorated, well laid out, has plenty of storage space and is spacious for 2 people. We felt very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Even on the hot days, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant.

A great place to stay for a Bamberg weekend. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground garage. We will be back next year!!!

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honor – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Already at check-in we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care that we felt comfortable. When she learned that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you so much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

Very nice and helpful family, whose great garden could be shared. Especially for small children, there were many great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors.

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation was as described. Nearby is also a bus stop with a good connection to the city. We will be happy to come back!
