Loft vacation rentals in Marina Baixa

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

I had a great time at Ausias's place. The Loft is very close to the beach yet so quite and you rarely hear any noise from the outside. The Loft itself is very functional and was very clean when I arrived. Arianna the co-host was also very kind, she was checking if I needed anything during my stay and she was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall Highly recommend

We were delighted with the house; it is even better than in the photos. We worried about the sofa bed before the trip but it is very comfortable and if it sleeps phenomenal. Toni and his mother were watching over us at all times. The ideal area to rest and unwind to rest and unwind. And the house has everything you need, including oil and spices for cooking. We'll definitely be back!

The house is fantastic and also the host, a really good house. The only thing is that you can hear the downspouts but the house is really good!!!!

Perfect location to discover Alicante. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for own cooking, but there are so many affordable restaurants nearby we did not use the kitchen of the apartment. However, we enjoyed the Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning on ‘our own’ roof terrace - delicious!

Perfect location in old town, easy walk to beach, grocery market, and eateries. Clean apartment, great wifi, comfy bed. Maritza was helpful and responded quickly, even when we accidentally checked out on the wrong day and had to get back into the apartment. :-) Stellar stay!

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean, well equipped and as shown in the photos. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent.

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Great place to stay in, near to beach, near to all the restaurants. Apartment is impeccable and spotless. very well Manager and the swimming pool area is a plus for this apartment. 100% recommended and will come back again. Host is really good and prompt at replying

Maria is an excellent host! She is carrying, helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Studio is very close to the local big and small shops, 30min walking distance from the sea, beautiful views and terrace to take sunbathing or having lovely breakfast. Apartment met the expectations. Really everything is available. It is nice that there is an entrance via the inclined road; saves quite a few stairs, especially with groceries. You are also directly in the higher center of Villajoyosa... we quickly felt "at home" in the house. Lea responds quickly to questions... nice! We had a lovely time despite the inclement weather for the first 2 weeks. thank you for hospitality! Henrike
