Waterfront vacation rentals in Marina Baixa

There were 7 of us, it was amazing. Upon arrival, the service was super friendly, the views from the accommodation are really amazing, it's worth it 1000%

My stay here has been for 4 days in which I have been able to enjoy the (beautiful) village accompanied by my dog. I was very pleasantly surprised that the house is very large and clean. It had many details that you'd better discover for yourself. It was great to feel at home!

Very nice place. The apartment is of a newer date and very high standard. Only thing that can do better was that the beds were very hard, but we survived. The location was phenomenal with 20 meters to the beach and walking distance to everything you need as well as the old town. Lovely heated pool and great pool area with bar serving quality beer and spirits.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

We have just returned from our first visit to Calpe and have fallen in love with the place. Everything about the apartment was perfect for us. It is very clean and well equipped and the location is wonderful. It is next to a lovely beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We walked into the old town and also along the beautiful promenade along to the next beach again with good bars and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome from Dagmar, who after showing us around the apartment left us to enjoy our holiday. We were there during the power outage and she very kindly brought us a torch and candles. We would definitely love to return.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

This was a really lovely property with magnificent views. It was very convenient to walk down to the waters edge, taking no more than five or six minutes. The walk into Denia was approximately 40 minutes. The bar and restaurant just below the Villa was very nice. The only criticism is that it is a short drive to go anywhere else, as there isn’t a shop within walking distance. That said, we had some really great days out and nothing is very far away.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

The apartment is spectacular, nice, clean, with all the things you could need and more... Marta is very attentive and responds very quickly. I have visited many apartments and undoubtedly the value for money of this is the best I have seen. If I come back in that area I won't hesitate to try to repeat. Many thanks guys!!!!

We really liked Cris' house! Super nice and very, very big. With a super terrace on top. Next to the local restaurant market and a 7-minute walk to the beach. Many places to park, supermarkets, restaurants… We went with our dogs and there is a beach where they allow them to bathe nearby (next to the port). Great! A 10! Thanks; we'll be back for sure!

Excellent stay in Altea at Audar's! Perfect accommodation for family enjoyment. Available and responsive host. A magnificent view, you don't get tired of it.

Isaacs house was idyllic. It was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. Everything we needed was provided. The terrace gets sun all day long ☀️

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely place we have visited for the second time. Cristina responds quickly and is helpful. Quiet and quiet, but at the same time central. Cozy coastal road away to the old town and beach with restaurants . Lovely place!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. We had the most amazing stay in Miriam’s apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking — one of those places where you just stop and stare. The interior was beautifully, and makes us fell like home and welcoming. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better base. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that combines, biking, beach and an epic view!
