What an amazing stay! The loft was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed and more. Located right on the beach with great restaurants and stores that met all our needs. An exceptional host who was welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Precioso alojamiento con todas las comodidades y equipamiento, lo necesario para cocinar o para lavar y secar la ropa, incluso sombrillas para la playa, en una calle tranquila y muy cerca del centro y del mercado central en una zona con cafeterías, restaurantes y un supermercado a unos pasos de distancia. Hasta la mejor horchatería de Alicante, horchatería Azul. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente en todo momento. Una agradable combinación del Alicante de barrio con una muy buena ubicación. Pilar siempre atenta y respondiendo de inmediato a nuestros mensajes, definitivamente espero volver en alguna próxima ocasión.

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

4 napot töltöttünk a szálláshelyen. Könnyen megközelíthető a belváros, minden a leírtaknak megfelelően. A házigazda rugalmas és kedves volt, mindennel megvoltunk elégedve. Ajánlott szállás! *****

Non vedo l ora di tornare. Host molto accogliente e presente. Appartamento attrezzatissimo e in posizione spettacolare per andare al mare e per spostarmi con i mezzi verso il centro. E’ stata una meravigliosa vacanza, da mamma sola con 3 figli, senza neanche dover affittare la macchina vista la comodità della posizione!

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y sin ningún problema, los anfitriones han sido de 10 . Todo genial . Volveré sin duda ☺️

Goed ontvangen door Patricia na een goede communicatie over aankomsttijden etc. Patricia is erg vriendelijk, gaf ons een korte instructie/uitleg en gaf ons daarna ook snel de ruimte! Alles was compleet en brandschoon. De ruimte is als op de foto's de kwaliteit/prijsverhouding is uitstekend. Als je niet aan een fantastisch uitzicht hecht is dit een fantastische plek, dichtbij alle winkelstraten, centrale markt bus en tramverbindingen en het kasteel van Alicante. Een echte aanrader!

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento open space molto carino accogliente e pulito! La comunicazione con l’host, il poco che ne ho avuto bisogno, è sempre stata amichevole e reattiva. San Juan è un posto stupendo dove passare un ottimo periodo di relax

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Lovely, convenient and perfectly appointed apartment right in front of Mascarat beach. If you are looking for a good, modern and tastefully decorated place, this is your apartment. Juan was excellent, always responsive. A great find.

Thank you Noelia for a great stay! We had an amazing experience at Noelia’s place. She greeted us when we arrived and explained to us the appartment. She even provided us with some chocolates and water. She was always ready to answer if we had any questions. The place was great too, equipped with everything we needed and a 2 min walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Siamo Stati molto bene nell’appartamento di Franscisco, completo di tutto il necessario e in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Francisco è una persona attenta e disponibile. Buona esperienza. Da ripetere!

Jätte mysigt fin utsikt hela området är otroligt vackert, men att ha i åtanke att det är en bit utanför Alicante och stan där man tar bussar osv en bit att gå det är lite utanför så bra att ha bil för det är rejäla avstånd mellan saker samt att bussarna går inte ofta alls och svårt att få tag i uber då efterfrågan är så hög så vi fick chansa lite ibland med om vi kom hem i tid eller inte :p men utöver det mycket mysigt och fint lugnt barnvänligt men bil behövs :)
