Alojamiento muy limpio y bonito, los anfitriones fueron muy amables con nosotros y nos dejaron regalos de bienvenida además de información con puntos de interés turísticos por la zona. Queremos hacer mención especial a su perrita que se sentaba enfrente de nuestra puerta y era muy cariñosa y tranquila. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar 😁.

Casa ideal para parejas o familias, cuatro en nuestro caso. Entrada autónoma. Urbanización muy bonita con piscina. Muchas cosas que se pueden hacer por la zona. Rutas a pie por Barranco del Infierno, muchas rutas de ciclismo.... playas y calas de Jávea y Denia. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Caterina fue una anfitriona excelente, estuvo atenta y se preocupó por nuestra estancia. La pega que le pondría al alojamiento es la carretera de acceso que no es muy buena, pero es el precio que tienes que pagar para estar tranquilos. Una experiencia genial!

El piso de Beatriz es precioso, muy acogedor, para sentirse enseguida como en casa y se encuentra a pocos metros del centro de Denia y de muchos de restaurantes y cafeterías. La cocina es una pasada, el sofá cama es genial y en la TV hay decenas de canales. El patio también es fantástico.

Maria was a wonderful host again. We stayed here last year too. The house is amazing as it is close to all amenities in the town. Maria was particularly helpful with instructions and contacted us quickly when we were asking about something. The bed was very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. We were also left some lovely things to make our stay feel like home. Maria was extremely helpful when my husband a had a small accident while out walking. Thank you again Maria.

Un grand merci à Julieta pour ce séjour merveilleux. L’appartement était vraiment top, moderne, impeccable et très bien équipé, tout en étant parfaitement intégré dans ce coin très ancien et plein de charme. Nous avons adoré l’atmosphère unique de ce quartier historique, tout en profitant du confort et de la qualité de l’appartement a été extrêmement accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt pour découvrir encore plus de ce quartier.”

Très bon séjour à Casa Penny, une demeure très agréable avec une ambiance déco très zen. Une très belle décoration avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Jaime est un hôte très disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. Le quartier Tosalet est très agréable et sécurisé. Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables, merci à Jaime pour son accueil.

Apartment was bright and spacious and very clean. It had a large balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger and a great sea view. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms big and very comfortable beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms. Towels and linen of good quality and replaced midway during our week stay and apartment cleaned. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a nice pool bar area. Approximately 10/15 minutes walk to centre of town with a nice walk along the seafront.

What a wonderful week we had and WHAT A VIEW!!! Relaxing, comfy, spotless and well equipped. Great location too. A parking space is an absolute bonus, especially if you come here in the summer when it’s very busy!! Check in and communication were excellent.

Very central and convenient! The shared apartment is full of original vintage styling yet super clean and spacious! Room and bed were comfy. Samuel was super nice and helpful as I did book late same day in the very last minute and he did his best to have me settled! Thanks again !

Fabulous holiday at Lynn’s chalet. (And they accommodated us at really short notice.) If I could give Lyn 10 stars I would. We had some very minor techy probs (which were not their fault) and everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. The house is lovely, beds comfortable, aircon, fans and everything you need in the kitchen. But the star of the show is the terrace and garden. The large balcony terrace overlooks the surrounding countryside, a lovely cool place to have breakfast and the sunsets are amazing! The swimming pool is a really good size and loads of lounging spaces around it. Most of the day was spent here ☺️ The house is in such a good location. Ontinyent is the local town and we walked there and back ( less than 2 miles each way and flatish) There are lots of nice bars cafes restaurants and shops. Pou Clar a natural beauty spot is wonderful to visit for a dip in the river. We meant to go to Valencia but we couldn’t leave the house!! Brilliant holiday thank you 🤩

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Fantastisch huis, geweldige service en zeer vriendelijke host. Duidelijke instructies zowel digitaal als op papier aanwezig. Op de dag van vertrek konden we in overleg later uitchecken waardoor onze kinderen nog even heerlijk hebben kunnen slapen. Bij vragen wordt er direct en vriendelijk gereageerd. Kortom, een fantastisch verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

El sitio es perfecto, tranquilo pero cerca de todo. El apartamento es precioso, no falta detalle, estuvimos súper agusto y es que la atención y el trato también hicieron que así fuera, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, no nos pusieron ni una pega por nuestro perro, hasta cacharros para su agua y su comida, como digo... el trato no podría ser mejor. Nosotros íbamos sin saber muy bien los horarios en los que llegaríamos o nos iríamos y no pusieron ni una pega, con mucha paciencia y una sonrisa. Volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendamos 100%. Mil gracias, ha sido un placer!

Tamara made us feel welcome via text before we even arrived. She was these to greet us and always responsive when we needed to ask anything. The place was perfect and exactly as the listing. Lots of special touches and totally private and tranquil. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, value and home from home ❤️
