Wat een geluk dat ik in het huis mocht verblijven van Gracia. Wat een geweldige plek!, Gracia gaf vantevoren alle duidelijke instructies, en tips voor in de buurt. Echt heel duidellijk. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat deze plek mijn hart heeft veroverd. De locatie is geweldig en uitmuntend!. Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo het rustige strand op met een geweldig uitzicht. Vanaf het balkon is het uitzicht ook wonderschoon. Het huis had precies de sfeer waar ik zo van houd. Licht, netjes en schoon en het totale strand gevoel. De connectie met de zee is niet te missen en erg voelbaar. Wat een heerlijk huis met allle benodigheden die je nodig hebt. Ik ben verliefd geworden op de woning, de locatie en het mooie wat Altea en omgeving te bieden heeft. Dank je wel Gracia voor het ervaren van de rust en en al moois!. Ik kom zeker terug! El lugar era muy céntrico y todo estaba muy cerca, el señor Javier fue muy atento y nos dejó muy bien explicado todo, el piso super lindo y limpio aparte con una vista a la piscina demasiado espectacular 🩷

Tina et Roger sont adorables, le logement est parfait. Avec une boîte à clefs et une place de parking juste devant la terrasse. Extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout. Il est autant reposant que bien placé et proche (en voiture) de nombreux sites touristiques. L’accès à la piscine est un réel plus car elle est tranquille et la vue est imprenable. Nous reviendrons 🙏 Merci pour tout

Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Strand von San Juan! Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und toll für ein Paar mit einem Kind. Mit mehr Leuten würde die Wohnung aber schnell zu klein werden. Ansonsten aber 100% Empfehlung und die Gastgeberin war traumhaft nett zu uns und sehr flexibel bei Check in und Check out. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür🙏🏼

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, even better than in the photos. The beach is just a few steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy the sea at any time. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. There was even a coffee machine with capsules, some biscuits, and milk, such a thoughtful touch! Pablo, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to show me the best spots in the city and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely come back!

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El parking es muy amplio y de facil acceso. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy fresquito y tranquilo. Puedes ir a la playa caminando y tienes comercios cerca para comprar. La ubicación que aporta la aplicación esta equivocada y te envia a Benidorm. Recomiendo pedirle al anfitrión la ubicación para no perderse. Gracias por todo.

I absolutely loved my stay at Dorota and Alfredo’s place. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fast WiFi, lovely neighbours, great pool, fab location and Dorota and Alfredo are lovely, responsive, helpful and the perfect hosts. I would love to live there permanently. Thanks guys xx

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, impecable, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. También nos encantó la zona del alojamiento, al lado de la playa y cerca de supermercados,farmacia, etc y todo tipo de restaurantes. Por parte del anfitrión, atento en todo momento y poniendo todas las facilidades durante la estancia, muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda! De 10.

La estancia ha sido fantástica, tanto que da pena irse, mi hijo ha pasado unos ratos inolvidables y los adultos también jejeje.

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Mijn man en ik hadden een geweldige tijd in de 10 dagen dat wij in Benidorm verbleven! Vriendelijke host, snel reactie op mijn vragen en duidelijke instructies. Het appartement is echt geweldig, heel knus en sfeervol en alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig. Zelfs bedjes en parasol voor naar het strand mee te nemen. Alles is op loopafstand, de supermarkt, restaurantjes en het strand dus helemaal top! We zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen :-)

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀
