Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marigot

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Firstly This place is paradise. Second This is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever booked! Seriously clean as a whistle. The decor was perfect without being over done. The panoramic view from the living room provided the perfect back drop to a cup of coffee and for dinner at night. We spent so much time in the pool Perfect size for our group. The host greeted up and kept in contact through our stay. The place was easy to find and navigate as well. Every room was spacious and allowed us to decompress at the end of the day! I can’t wait to come back!

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!

I have been coming to Saint Martin four years in a row — Grand Case is the spot to be, and Tibo’s place is right in the heart of it all. Seconds away from the beach, while still feeling private. Tibo is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me when a previous landlord for a separate place cancelled my long-standing reservation last minute. The place is clean and cozy. The bed is AMAZING, as someone who has severe back issues I’ve never had this incredible of a mattress at an Airbnb. All in all 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Tibo x

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin, and it was all thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, she was so responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. She provided convenient options for drivers and car rentals, making it easy to explore the island at our own pace. Her local recommendations for dining and activities were spot on. It helped us narrow down what we wanted to try and do in the time that we had on the island. She even met us personally to help with our luggage and hand over the keys, which made us feel right at home. The property itself was stunning—honestly, it exceeded all expectations and was even more beautiful than the photos! I can't wait to return and stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have nothing but high praise for the wonderful accommodations. This place was pristine with all the amenities and services you will need in a home away from home. A bonus is also that all the rooms are very spacious at one level which facilitates accommodations when traveling with elderly family members. Though the place doesn’t overlook the beaches we enjoyed our private balcony and watching the departed ships navigate to the deep seas. Our host, Veronica, was superb. She made us feel welcome from the time we confirmed our reservations. Beside being friendly and very responsive she went over and beyond to contact us about our personal belongings we accidentally left behind and made arrangements for their safe return. The pictures on the listing do not do justice on how beautiful the view you have from the balcony is. One day I even changed my plans to go to the beach to read cause I saw no point. The balcony has the best setup for a nice relaxing reading session on a sunny day with a cozy pouf like seat. On top of that, the host is kind and caring and made me feel at home. She even pointed out when I was about to go biking under the hot Sun to bring some water, which I thought I was, but indeed was forgetting. Thank you for making my stay in Sint Maarten a really great one!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!
