Florence was a great host. The place was just as described, clean and had everything you need, in a great convenient location, within walking distance (5 min) to the beach and restaurants.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Silva was amazing and very helpful. She met us at the house gave a tour recommended restaurant and places to go. I can’t wait to return

Carole’s place was great! The area is safe and very calm and cozy. The sunset views are awesome from either the patio or the pool. We felt right at home since the moment we arrived. Carole was super responsive, flexible for the check-in and helpful with instructions. The place is very clean and tidy with all required amenities. It’s great for a couple. You are close to Marigot (few mins) and driving distance 20-25 min to most places around the island. You will need a car to get around but you have a supermarket walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we come back! Overall, awesome experience!

Virginias place was perfect for us! Clean, neat, and right on the beach… we definitely would stay again! Plus she was very proactive in informative of things that could happen on the island, such as power. She was friendly, personable, courteous, and responded very quickly to my call or text. We had a great time in this perfectly lovely home!

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

We had a great experience! Minetta was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a same-day check-in. She provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in, checkout, and house rules, along with helpful local recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore. The apartment was spotless and exactly as pictured. We didn’t encounter any issues and enjoyed full access to amenities like the gym and pool. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay with no surprises — just what we were hoping for!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday here with friends. Everything is exactly as described. This property is truly beautiful and located in a convenient and VERY safe area. Our host was very helpful and gave plenty of recommendations. The place could use a full length mirror, but other than that…literally nothing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

the accommodation is in a great location, halfway between the French and Dutch parts. lots of restaurants around the accommodation. I would definitely come back. the space is particularly clean.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. The house was accessible to lots of things nearby while situated in a peaceful community. The home was clean and more beautiful than the pictures show. Communication was great between the host. Great stay!

Host was super helpful and responsive host. Unit was perfect for our stay and view of the ocean was great. Perfect location too, great resources within walking distance.

Terrace with such a beautiful and quiet view that we preferred to cook and dine on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Quality dishes and kitchen utensils. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Television with French stations. Adapters for power outlets. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays) and what about the 3 km beach which is cleaned every day. In summary we had a wonderful week!

Great stay. Loved the private pool and backyard setting. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Lots of things in the kitchen if you’re into cooking and prepping. We would definitely return again.

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, with fantastic oceans views. You hear the waves hit the beach but nothing else. The studio is fully equipped and spacious. I spent 10 days and I felt at home there. I would drive to the super U five minutes away in the car where there is an amazing stocked supermarket you would find in Europe and normal prices. The pool is amazing and you are next to beach. Linda was there to check me in an out. Really friendly and she left a few items in the fridge for me.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. My man and I had this place to ourselves but it’s perfect for 2 couples. Balconies in both rooms and full bathrooms! It’s also in a perfect area very close to Maho plaza but you absolutely need to rent a car. I didn’t want to leave, it’s so beautiful and peaceful! I will definitely come back here for my next trip to Sint Maarten & Anguilla.
