There are two balconies on each side of the main living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. And to top it all, there is a private rooftop lounge and observation deck with ocean views to one side and views of El Yunque rain forest on the other.

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

This place was absolutely amazing.. so beautiful.. the beach was stunning.. so much culture in this area… 16 min walk to loiza bakery and about 10 min walk to a small market that literally has everything you will need. The locals are very nice and humble.. the views of the roof top are unbelievable 🥹🤩 the apartment has most essentials you will need.. I would stay here again for sure..

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. The balcony offers an amazing ocean view. The condominium is quiet, very well maintained, they have 2 large pools just steps from the beach, super convenient for relaxing or taking a quick swim. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice, but this region is packed with excellent local restaurants, most within a 10-minute drive. The Yunque National Forest is also nearby, we managed to visit twice during our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, whether you're looking to relax or explore the Luquillo region.

Casa Serena definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely without a doubt a 5 star property with a 5 star host. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Puerto Rico’s countryside away from the city and the noise. Johanna was an excellent host. She was lightning fast to respond, friendly, accommodating, and patient. She made us feel right at home. By far one of my favorite stays to date!
