Excellent location, comfortable, spacious space, the host is very friendly. Very good experience.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very good place, very cozy and complete, we had complete privacy, it is a quiet place and it is exactly as shown in the photos. Super recommended.

Great value for the perfect location. We LOVED being on the basketball courts, watching the kids play daily. And having the most easy access to all that Zona Colonial has to offer. Bernhard was amazing! Would certainly come back

My stay here was wonderful felt right at home! Everything in the property worked as it should hot water and all! Fredimir was very helpful providing with items for my 6 month old baby. The property is in a good and safe location easy access to restaurants both fast food & fine dining. I also love the fact that there was someone there( Mrs Mirna his mom) to personally hand me the keys & show me around & assured me everything worked just fine which it did. I would definitely be returning again!

Great place to stay. Graziella is a great host. This place is close to parks, restaurants, local history, tourist activities. If you are riding an uber, the best way to match the address is by selecting “Codia” as the destination and then telling the driver to go straight just a bit to get to the place. Totally recommend, and would stay here my next time in Santo Domingo (Distrito Nacional)

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was very pleasant and equipped to a high standard – there really was nothing missing. The bedrooms and beds were extremely comfortable, we slept very well. Despite the central location, it was wonderfully quiet and everything was quickly accessible. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony – in the evening we could sit there relaxed with a glass of wine. Our stay was pleasant all around and fully met our expectations. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we will definitely be happy to come back! That's how Airbnb is fun.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jorien's Airbnb. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected and walked in to a clean and welcoming apartment. The AC works amazing, the amenities were great, and the host was responsive. There was security at all hours of the night and gated entries to the small community. Highly recommend.

Diana’s place was clean, comfortable and spacious. I spent most of my time on the balcony. There’s a parking garage but we had ample parking right on the street. It’s in a neighborhood thats being developed with high end apartments. Right next to a bodega which is convenient. It can be noisy outside but it’s the city so of course. 100% would book again
