Great home will definitely rent again

I can’t say enough about this place! It is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a full meal and you can enjoy a short or long stay here and have everything you need. The place was clean, felt secure, and is walking distance to restaurants, stores, bars, etc. I loved the white bedding and towels because it was easy to wash and disinfect with Clorox. The washer and dryer in the unit is also a plus. Mariano is very responsive and flexible. The only downside was the pool is located on the 2nd floor and doesn’t get sun so the water is always cold, but this has nothing to do with the host or the unit. I used the balcony to get sun and it worked out. Beautiful place and I will stay again!

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

This place was immaculate. It is incredibly spacious, near several shopping centers and definitely worth the price. Our host Rhudy was phenomenal. He was always swift with responses and assistance. We had issues with our WiFi and he came to fix it and on our last night around 1am our shower faucet broke and he responded in seconds and had maintenance team rectify the situation. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

If it’s available, reserve it now! I stayed here for a month and it was incredible! It’s a 6 minute walk (I timed it) to the Downtown Center with the Carrefour supermarket, SmartFit gym, movie theater (with recliner seats!), and restaurants. There are 2 great restaurants - one Japanese and the other Chinese) - that are literally steps away. As for the building and apartment, it’s better than you can imagine. The jacuzzis (2) and outdoor space on the rooftop are perfect for get-togethers and hot days. Security (Manuel) and the building maintenance (Ruben) will go beyond expectations. The building will even come to your door twice (10am/4pm) a day to collect trash! My first choice for any future stays in Santo Domingo!

This place is safe and close to high end restaurants. The balcony has an awesome view of the area.

The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast is simple but sufficient: it includes juice, cheese, eggs, bread and cereal. The location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the area I needed to visit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience.

Great place, close to everything. peaceful and safe, with a kitchen with everything needed to make meals. Great bathroom with hot water, nice comfortable bedroom. I always stay with Fran if the apartment is available.

My experience staying at Kelvin Reynord's place was excellent from start to finish. From the first moment, Kelvin was attentive, cordial and always willing to help. Communication was prompt and clear, making the whole process very easy. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and as shown in the photos. You can tell that Kelvin takes care of every detail to make guests feel at home. Plus, they had some special touches that made the difference, like local recommendations and a warm welcome.

A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for us (I went with my wife), the location is excellent, everything works well, the host is very flexible and understanding and is always attentive to your concerns, to give you recommendations from the area and in general to provide solutions. The apartment is in perfect condition, the facade of the building is deteriorated in its aesthetic part but that is something foreign to the owner of the accommodation and the experience you live inside it, which is excellent. Highly recommended

The host and staff go over and beyond to accommodate. I actually loved the location staff and apartment so much that I decided to rent it long term.

Amazing place. Excellent service. The security guards and Rafael were very helpful and friendly. Location perfect. We always stay at BG luxury apartments since they are located near all restaurants, malls and entertainment places. Bolívar is always available for any question or resolution of any issues. We will continue to stay there.

This is a great guest house situated close to the Park Miradur Sur in a great neighborhood in Santo Domingo. The place has old sophisticated charm and is very welcoming. You will not find better hospitality elsewhere! Thanks Cristina for being great hosts, and blessings to your family.

I loved the accommodation experience. Beautiful apartment, located in a quiet and safe area, has parking lot, supermarket walking distance. Safe on my next visit to Dominican Republic, I will stay at this place again.
