This property is perfect for one or two couples. Ideally located near Marigot and Grand Case, and within 30 minutes to Orient and Anse Marcel. Beautiful views of Marigot Port area and coastline from the generous wrap around porch. Tess and team are some of the best hosts we've ever encountered. (we've stayed at more than one dozen villas throughout the Caribbean). H The Welcome Book is fit for professional publication. Extremely good detail on restaurants, shopping, TTD'S, etc. Decent pool and surrounding patio. Interior of villa is new and fresh and clean. All things work! Quiet neighbors (not a place to bring loud friends) The French side Rocks and this Villa is perfect in all ways. We will be back.

Maia’s place was absolutely stunning! From check-in to check-out our stay was a dream. We even had a slight snafu with the pack n’ play for our daughter and Cherise and the team rectified it immediately. We will back next year and we hope this unit is available for us again!!

Amazing place, beautiful house with lots of amenities. Elodie was very responsive and even provided some extra amenities for our kids. The view is fantastic and our kids loved the heated pool. It’s a perfect place to watch the sun set. The house offers a few shady spots during the day but not too much. Very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped. Large and comfortable beds! Having kids, the layout of the house is great, all is on one floor. The only small downside is the noise from the street, it’s not too much and not very disturbing but fast cars or construction work is noticeable when relaxing on the terrace. Overall I would definitely recommend the place!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

A great villa, centrally located just outside Grand Case. Spotless and well equipped. Véronique was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend!

Great house with well apportioned amenities and supplies of all sorts. Plenty if towels, soaps, cleaning agents, and just about anything you would need in a home without worry. The grounds are great as well with a functional grill. You will need a front wheel drive car to get up the drive way or jeep. We had a mini van but it was too light in the rear to make it up the driveway which is a fairly steep incline. We needed the exercise anyway! Great home!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Villa Kimon is perfect! This beautiful villa was spacious with a suite for everyone, a pool and featured an incredible view that you simply do not want to miss. A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

Great space, great location, and great views! There isn't much else to say as everything was as described and Joy was a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Philippe’s place was amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about this house and our wonderful host! The bedrooms were spacious, each with their own private bathroom. Our favourite area was the outdoor space, it was incredible. The house was approx a 15 min walk to Orient Bay beach and surrounding area with cafes, a small supermarket and beautiful restaurants. Philippe was a wonderful host and very quick with responding whenever we needed him. He was in touch from the moment we landed and gave us clear instructions to get to the house. Once we arrived he greeted us and showed us around our stay so we immediately felt at home. The space is exactly like the photos if not better! Cannot wait to return some time in the near future! Thank you Philippe! :)

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

We really enjoyed our stay with Veronique! The villa provides a unique indoor/outdoor living experience. The photos were spot on and the sunrise and sunset from the deck was absolutely amazing. Veronique is an amazing host, she met us when we arrived and gave us a full walk through of the villa. She was also very responsive throughout our stay whenever we had any questions. She even assisted us with a car rental and restaurant recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have the pool available to us to cool off on hot days and the beach was less than a 5 min drive from the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We were 4 adults, the house is very well-equipped, comfortable and the sea is a stone's throw away!! Everything is just a 4-minute walk away; take-out pizza, Bacchus for wine, convenience store, bakery and pharmacy. Isabelle is very available and proactive😍. The place is very calm and safe. Our only complaint, we would have appreciated having beach chairs available, because paying for deckchairs at each beach ends up costing a lot! A bbq to make our grilled dishes outside the house would be welcome. Value for money, it's a great choice. Without hesitation, I would recommend it

This place is amazing. Feels like a luxury hotel yet is a villa. Like brand new. service level is outstanding. Anything you want they are there for you. Is waiting to greet you and every day available to answer questions about the island or book reservations for you. Includes cleaning staff..pool guy and groundskeeper. Happy Bay is a 10 min walk along a path and we'll worth it for swimming in clear turquoise water with very few people on the beach. He even had beverages in the frig for our use all week..lots of them. Large grocery store about 10 min drive. Rent a car and it will include someone waiting at the airport for you and your rental will be sitting at the villa for you. Bring mosquito spray ..they are tiny but annoying. You won't be disappointed in renting Villa Be Happy..it is luxurious.

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!
