Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marigot

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Mariana and Manoj were great hosts. Communication was very effective and they were flexible with our check out time.

We had a wonderful time at Olivier’s Blue Horizon Villa. We loved the privacy and views of the outdoor space and the spacious and comfortable interior with cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. We had breakfast at home every day and even cooked a couple dinners in. We had one 11 year old boy who used the pool a lot, including night swims! We went without a car the first day and night and were able to easily walk to local beaches and restaurants but our crew included two women over 80 so we decided to rent a car for the remainder of our stay which allowed us to explore some different locations, beaches, sights and restaurants. The home was a little tricky to find in a cab but Olivier was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall it was an excellent and memorable stay at a very special home.

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate us on a work trip with decent wifi and a place to work and just paces from a nice beach and a beach bar when we needed a break. Our host was very helpful from start to finish and even accommodated our early check-in and check out. The layout, the rooms, the furnishings were all that you need and the location is great! We'll be back! Thank you!

Wow! All expectations were met! My family of nine booked both the Beach House and the Upper deck. It was plenty big enough. We were pleasantly surprised that this home has the PERFECt sunset location. Pool(9 was nicely sized. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds and linens are comfortable. Location is great, it's between everything but not in the mix of hectic busy areas. I would encourage all to explore Pinel Island and Marigot, both easy drives. Phillip, the house manager, is an EXCELLENT chef. We hired him to prepare our Christmas dinner, and we will remember this meal for a lifetime. Truly exceptional in every way. Nine well-traveled 'foodies' will be reminiscing the meal for years.

Thank you Jo for hosting us in your home this winter! We enjoyed the space and the location was convenient as well. Very handy to have laundry on site and the rooftop is a very unique amenity! Thank you a ton!!

Lovely apartment in perfect spot. Close to everything. Easy communication and the pool is perfect!

Me and my partner loved Shameeka’s listing. The place matched the pictures, and the view of the island from the apartment was incredible. Shameeka was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any body and I would definitely book again.

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

Isa and Diana were wonderful to work with. Isa provided a 5Star experience as the manager of the property. She was always responsive and even helpful when we asked for an umbrella for a beach day! It was delivered within 30 min! Definitely recommend this rental! The condo had all amenities that we needed and more. The espresso machine is a plus too!

It was a pleasure staying At this Residence. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and a half was very convenient. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. The veiw was great of the harbor and the mountains. We were walking distance from so many restaurants, bars, shops. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. The host were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Very clean and very accessible area. About 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the port to visit Anguilla. There is a mini supermarket around. A mall walkable by 12 minutes, and bakeries too and a mini downtown area. The bnb itself is very clean, the neighbors are very polite as well. Harry is very helpful and super responsive. Would stay again. Good space for a couple, 2 friends, and great and safe for solo. I felt very safe. Thanks Harry

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

This is the second time I have booked at one of Simona unit , she is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed . The condo is very close to maho strip and mullet bay . The place was very clean with great views , will look to book again with her next time in SXM

We had a fantastic time at Andrea’s apartment. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive from the very beginning, going out of her way to even check and source items for our infant and toddler before our arrival. The apartment was clean and very well laid out for a group of 5 adults and two little ones. There were a ton of sand toys which helped keep our toddler busy and entertained, as well as many beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc for the adults to keep us comfy on the beach. You can’t beat the fact that you are a 1min walk from jumping into the beautiful clear ocean, and the evenings spent listening to the sounds of the waves (and the airplanes!!) from the balcony we’re all wonderful. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay so great Andrea!
