We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

Great spot only minutes from Cruz Bay. There’s a single parking spot that takes a little work to fit into but it’s sufficient. Good house for our family of 4 (2 teens). GREAT views from the back deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would suggest darker curtains in the bedrooms as the current ones don’t keep out any light. Bed linens could be upgraded. Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

From the hummingbirds to the pool to the delicious restaurants right down the street, this place was LOVELY. It was like it's own little secluded park with so much wonderful St. John Wildlife to see behind the gates. You really felt like you were in your own little world right off the main road while just being a short walk away from the Dolphin market for groceries and supplies, and several restaurants and bars. We had some initial confusion with how to get in and with the wifi but James was super responsive! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

We had such a lovely vacation! The ocean view from the property is absolutely surreal—waking up to that every morning felt like a dream. The location is perfect, close to world-class beaches that made our days full of sunshine, relaxation, and adventure. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Our accommodations were exactly as expected. Bathroom was spotless despite being on an island (we live on one as well and moisture makes it really hard to keep clean). Interior felt a little tight at times during meals but very enjoyable and plenty of space outside! Listen to Shira's advice regarding your stay and everything should be alright :) I asked if a "small SUV" would be fine to get there and she thought it might be, but upon arrival her driveway did look too steep and angled. We had to park on the road, which honestly I think I preferred instead of having to pull in and out of there every time. Also shout out to Calabash Market JUST down the road, where we purchased kabobs to grill "at home" among other things. It ended up being our favorite meal compared to anything out at a restaurant. Finally, our favorite spots (Salt Pond and Francis Bay) are less than 10 minutes away from Shira's

We had a great stay at Jose’s paradise home! Great location close to Cruz Bay town, groceries and jeep rentals. Beautiful views from the expansive covered porch, even in the rare tropical downpours! The house was very clean and well stocked. We greatly appreciated the beach gear - chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear - made heading to the beach everyday a breeze. Jose was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Jose’s home is a great value on St. John.

We loved this cottage on the beach! It had a beautiful view to wake up to and the waves at night made it easy to sleep! We had many good meals just a walk down the street with a lot of restaurants to choose from. The indoor outdoor shower was really cool and everyone was happy with their stay.

This is a great place to stay. Very nice studio apt with beautiful view of the water, and very convenient — an easy 5 minute walk or so the bars and restaurants of Cruz Bay. And you can listen to live music from the balcony! Thomas was also very responsive. Would stay there again!

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

We appreciate that your willingness to open your home to us. The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was incredible. Off street parking was nice. St John is the best! Thanks again! We highly recommend this beautiful hideaway!

Ronald was very friendly and helpful. His place is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant and a small marina. The place is very quite, with a nice view of the water. Very relaxing and peaceful. Communication with Ronald was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. Thing to keep in mind: I highly recommend either renting a car or having several taxi drivers phone numbers on hand as finding a taxi is a bit difficult on the entire island.

Lovely apartment in Cruz Bay with beautiful porch and comfortable, clean amenities and lovely decor. We stayed for one week with our 13 and 14 year old. We were worried it wouldn't be big enough with two teens, but the set up was perfect. We were able to let them sleep in on the fold outs in living room while we enjoyed coffee on the porch. No complaints about the fold outs - everything was comfortable and there were enough extra, quality linens to make up nice beds. The apartment is very comfortable, and the ability to open it all up to the island breezes was ideal. We never needed to run the AC during the day (we chose to at night so we could close the windows to avoid hearing the early morning roosters.) The hosts were great; responsive and helpful! They responded quickly on an afternoon returning from the beach when we accidentally reset the keypad entry and were locked out. We were tired, sandy and hungry and they had us back in the apartment within 15 minutes. Would stay again

Wonderful quiet, space and loved the gated area with beautiful views! Cooler and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Tips: Google maps is accurate. The owner sends step by step instructions although we didn’t need it. You need a proper car. The roads are legit steep. We did walk 20 minutes to and from town a couple times although we enjoy walking. Gym is old although similar to a low to mid Marriott.

My wife and I travelled with our two adult children and this place provided more than adequate space for the 4 of us without us feeling cramped. The views from the deck were fantastic. The property provided all that we needed. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, which was nice. Parking was provided. The pool was situated in a spot for great views as well. A couple of things worth noting. This property does not have a generator as a backup power source. Cruz Bay lost power 3 of the 5 days we were there. We were powerless in the unit for multiple hours each of the first 3 days. We were asked not to use the water (including toilets) while the power was out. It was not an issue outside of the property as most all businesses have generators. Lastly, the reason this place has spectacular views is because it sits at the highest point of a hill overlooking Cruz Bay. The path to walk in and out of town, while close, has steep hills which may be a challenge for some.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Cruz Bay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to town, which made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the ferry. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, a cooler, and sunscreen, which made our beach days super convenient. The air conditioning and fans kept the place comfortable, and the beds and bedding were both great. There were a few downsides to note. The walk into town involves some steep hills and no sidewalks, so it’s not the easiest route, especially at night. For a group of four over five days, there weren’t quite enough towels provided. We also noticed some noise from the upstairs unit, and a few small cockroaches came up from the kitchen sink daily. Overall, it was a solid place to stay with a lot of positives—just a couple of things to keep in mind depending on your preferences.

Thanks so much for opening your house for our stay in the BVIS. It was a great family vacation with my kids for their 1st time flying on Spring Break. Its a beautiful place. Dave was great on communicating prior to the trip and Marilyn was great greeting and helping us. I just could not wait to get up to enjoy the views and waves splashing. The only down fall was we did not have access to the 4th bedroom area on the bottom level so it was not the entire house for everyone to choose rooms. My youngest son did complain that his blanket in the 2 twin bedroom was rough and wanted other blankets so wasnt sure if bottom level could have had other options to pick from. That's the only thing we were disappointed with. We did many things thru the week around Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Jost and private charter. I cant wait to come back and hope to stay here with access to all rooms as we could bring others to experience. Highly recommend this gorgeous villa.

Amazing views of Cruz Bay. Very nice cottage and nice, convenient location.

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

We had a great week at David's place, the description is exactly as described however take note you should consider taxiing up the hill to get there, especially in the evening, as it can be steep. It is St. John, so roads are narrow, and it does get dark. All the amenities in the unit were as described, we had everything we needed plus some things we didn't expect. David was very responsive before and during when we had questions and there is a very thick personal guide-book to everything St John when you get there if it is your first time visiting. Well worth the money spent for a great week on the island, this was our third time there and our best stay yet. Thanks.

Great spot! If you want quiet and to get away from it all this is the place to go! I loved their cat…he came by every morning with his big meow and slept with us one night. 🤗

We had a great time! The condo was clean, everything was as described. Bonus point for the wonderful view from the pool! Quiet place! You really need a SUV on St-John. Roads and parkings are not easy but we get used to it !

Can’t near enough good things about our stay! The views are gorgeous, the space is super comfy and spotlessly clean, and Catherine is an incredibly kind and welcoming host. We loved waking up to the sunrise each morning with views from every angle. The outdoor shower felt so luxurious! We had an incredible breeze for 5 days and never touched the AC. Loved this area of St John - felt quiet and secluded but still just a few mins drive fron some restaurants in Coral Bay, and not more than 25-30 mins drive from everything on the island. Catherine gave us great suggestions in the area! We will absolutely return. Thanks again Catherine!

We loved staying at the Meritage Cottage and enjoyed the sunset views from the porch. It was a great base to explore St. John from. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really helpful having Abby lead us to the house from the ferry!
