House vacation rentals in Tortola

Beautiful, clean, eclectic villa in a great location!! Host representative met us at check in and walked us through everything. House was super clean and the view was great. Definitely want to arrive during daylight as the driveway is a little tricky the guest time up. Also, recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle. Having the beach chairs and cooler was a great addition for our adventures. Location is great for beaches and islands exploring. Was a great place to spend our 25th wedding anniversary:)

La Sirena is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The location is private which was perfect for us. Eileen was helpful and answered all of my questions! Few tips she had was to rent a car from St. Thomas, get groceries in St. Thomas (very important if you want variety and to save some money), local beach recommendations, etc! Definitely recommend future guests to follow those tips! The kitchen was stocked with most things a person needs to cook with. La Sirena had storage containers for left overs, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, microwave, grill & grill utensils, coolers for the beach, ice packs, etc! WiFi was great! AT&T did get service at the house, but I did loose reception on the way to the house. The Salt Pond Beach was our favorite place to go! It was absolutely beautiful and the crowd was few (especially compared to the North side). I’m confident anyone would find La Sirena as an awesome place to relax and enjoy the island!

Had a fabulous time here. You could not ask for a better location, or nicer view! Bob's hospitality was next level. All around 10 out of 10! Thanks for making the trip so nice and special :)

As other reviews noted, the drive up was intimidating at first, so a jeep is a must. Kim met us in Coral Bay and we followed her up, but once we went up and down it was easy. The view of the sunrise is incredible, and it's remote enough that we didn't see another person the whole time we were there. Skinny Legs is at the bottom of the hill and we went there multiple times, Lime Out is nearby and is also a must. Most beaches are about a 15-20 minute drive; Kim had several recommendations. We'll very likely be back within the next year or so.

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John. We were greeted and welcomed and helped every step of the way! We loved the view and the deck and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenage daughters. We made special memories together and we will be back!

Viewtiful lived up to its name. Sunsets, sunrises, sunny days, cloudy days – each hour brought new delights. We never tired gazing from our mountaintop abode. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook many meals. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also afforded lovely views. And the hot tub and pool were most refreshing. The many guidebooks and maps were quite useful as we planned our island adventure. The joys of the house itself were surpassed only by the friendliness, efficiency, competence, and availability of our host, Mary-Eileen and her ever helpful husband, David. Mary-Eileen met us in Cruz Bay and led us to the house, explained and showed us everything, made great recommendations, and kept in touch and responded quickly to any and all queries we had. She is an exemplary host and truly enhanced our holiday. She made a wonderful trip even better than we could have possibly expected.

The house and property were absolutely incredible. The view was amazing, especially at sunrise where we could see for miles and miles offshore. The location about 10 minutes outside of Coral Bay was perfect with easy access to restaurants and beaches. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at St. John and choosing Ramona and Chris’s place was absolutely perfect. Chris met us when we got our rental car and led us to the Airbnb which was so kind and helpful. He gave us a ton of local recommendations and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and are hard to fully capture on their listing pictures! The AC worked wonderfully and the outdoor shower made things feel extra tropical! The place came with a few cat friends that we thoroughly enjoyed and the stairs were the perfect workout in the morning before the beach. We hope to come back to St. John in the near future and will most definitely be back here if it is just the two of us! Thanks for making our trip so memorable with a wonderful home for the week!!

Crystal Cove at Sapphire Beach (Julie's place) was amazing! The beach was right out front! Lots of live music daily and gorgeous water! My boys ages 14 and 16 rented seabobs right there by the condo! Jet ski rentals were in walking distance. The ferry to St John was a mile taxi into Redhook Marina and a 20 minute ferry ride! Highly recommend Trunk Bay over at St John! GORGEOUS!!! Everything was so convenient. Sea Salt was our favorite restaurant which was right by the condo. We had brunch and dinner there. If you take taxi into Redhook Marina, I highly suggest eating at The Easterly! We would love to come back. Such a great experience! -The Martens Family

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

This was BY FAR the BEST Airbnb experience of our travel history. The space was fabulous! Very comfortable beds. Fantastic kitchen amenities - Did not need anything we couldn't find there. The AC worked great- Power went out once and the generator kicked right in and we never even noticed. Huge bathrooms with TWO showers (one inside one outside) - the veranda had a dining table and chairs as well and a relaxation spot with even more chairs. Washer and dryer means we shouldn't have brought so many clothes - we will scale down the packing next time (and there WILL BE a next time. The Sunset views were fabulous. Parking was good and the beach equipment was more than we could have hoped for. Chairs, cooler and even an umbrella! (two would have been fabulous but that is NOT a complaint!) If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Local contact Linda was so so helpful and full of great suggestions. I sit here trying to think of something to improve - Nope, I got nothing!..

Our stay at this property was excellent. The views were remarkable, the house was well-equipped (including a generator), and the location was convenient to Red Hook and the East End. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping were easily accessible. The photographs accurately depicted the premises. Host Randall and his staff were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week here and hope to stay at this home again.

This was probably the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. It was perfect for our family of five. Drew was great and also helped us with a jeep rental. He was extremely communicative with us and made sure we were all set and ready to go when we hopped off the ferry. Bailey sweetly greeted us with a charcuterie platter and showed us around the house. The house is completely true to the listing photos and is absolutely stunning! The deck is large and we enjoyed sitting with coffee each morning looking out at the gorgeous ocean and hillside views. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The bedroom air conditioners worked perfectly and the cross breezes in the main living area kept the house cool and comfortable. Drew continued to stay in touch throughout the week. He even met us at the house one morning to help us find parking for our boat excursion. I’m already dreaming of our next visit to Back In The Day. Many thanks to Drew, Bailey and the homeowners for a wonderful stay on St. John!

Beautiful place! The local contact, Abby, was great helping us with anything needed. She referred us to a local taxi driver that was available anytime we needed him. Since the location is rather secluded it was great having someone available to make getting around the island easy and accessible. Great place and we were well taken care of

Great houses with pool. Super easy to communicate with. Met us at the dock, drove us to the house, showed us around, answered every question and more. House is great value. Parks 2 cars, ac in every room that will get them colder than you could ever want. Great water pressure in showers, soft comfortable beds and linens, tons of towels, beach chairs snorkels floaties. Amazing view. Like perfect view of crux bay, the ocean, st Thomas island, just stunning. Checkout was very easy. Take trash, turn off ac units. Could not recommend more highly. No negatives.

Our family of 5 had a great week at Toti Bella! The owners were very informative and responsive. It was fully stocked with everything you may need from kitchen essentials to beach gear. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck and its beautiful views. The pool was a refreshing way to end the day after hiking, & the beach. With May temperatures in the 90s we were concerned about only having AC in the main floor bedroom but the island breeze made the entire unit very comfortable. We would definitely stay at Toti Bella again!!

Jerome’s place was an incredible “cherry on top” to our weeding week, and mini “honey moon” hopping over from the USVI to the BVI. Tortola was such a cool island, and Jerome’s place encapsulates a lot of that experience. Both Jerome, and his prop. Mgr / right-hand-woman, Mary, were super-responsive and very helpful to the couple of isolated questions I did have. Perhaps most useful, and something I’ve rarely utilized at other locations I’ve rented in the past (due to already knowing about them, having other plans, etc), were Jerome’s recommendations on where to go locally, including a detailed itinerary for a boat day (this was AWESOME!)! The space has so many cool details, books, and little nuances to enjoy. Thanks so much for having us Jerome, Mary, we had a blast.

Patrick couldn’t have been any better. He met us the ferry and took us directly to his home. He helped us with a day trip snorkeling that was a blast! Overall I cannot think of one thing that could have been better! Thanks so much!!

We stayed at Lin and Barney's home for a 10-day birthday trip for my Mom with a party of five, and it was everything we dreamed about! The location is beautiful. The home is high enough to enjoy the view of Brewers Bay and Jost Van Dyke but still close enough to walk to the beach (if you don't mind the hike back!). Everything that you need is provided, including hairdryers, cooking utensils, and even the ingredients to make the home's signature drink, the Sundowner! There were plenty of linens and towels, and it was fantastic that snorkel gear and other fun beach items were also available, which we didn't have to bring ourselves. One of our favorite parts of the home was the history provided in the information book. It's clear that there was a lot of love poured into this special place. Tip: If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs! It rained a lot during the evening hours, and like most homes in Tortola, the metal roof was a bit loud. 10/10, we look forward to visiting again!

Thank you, Stephanie and Ava, for providing such a wonderful sanctuary from the hustle-bustle of normal life! The house suited our needs wonderfully, and location couldn't have been better, being right on the beach and next to two great restaurants. We really do appreciate the care you took to make sure we felt at home, and your responsiveness to our questions and requests. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer than a week, but very much look forward to staying with you again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Brewers Bay… it had it all Private beach, unbelievable views, great snorkeling, all around an amazing Property loved the yard and the patios and everything about it. Definitely will be back. Home was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Arrived at accommodation it was lovely, clean and ready for us. Had everything we needed and Elton & his team were very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Being there for two weeks was easy didn’t want to leave it was like being in your second home.

We had an incredible stay at John and Rose’s Airbnb! They were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis whenever we needed them to offering fantastic advice on places to visit and things to do, they went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. John even delivered bottled water to the house so we wouldn’t have to carry it ourselves – such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was absolutely amazing, with spectacular views that took our breath away. The pool was the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset – truly unforgettable. John and Rose struck the perfect balance: always available when we needed help or recommendations, but never intrusive. Their hospitality made our trip extra special. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this home in Tortola. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning ocean views. Karen was very kind, responsive, and gave great local tips. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect for exploring the islands. I’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!
