It's was an awesome stay. Felt like home.

It was as promised, private and quiet, comfortable and clean. I appreciated the numerous outlets I charged my phones and headsets with ease👍🏽 The parking was easy at the site and it wasn’t far from where I was attending my conference. I was very pleased highly recommend these host!

La-Toya was great. The place was great. Very clean, roomy, excellent location and quiet. La-Toya answered all our questions and was readily available.

I did a month long stay while I was in the process of moving to St. Croix. For the amount of time I was spending in an Airbnb I am glad I chose this location. There's a gas station right down the hill and several places to get food less than a 5 min drive away. It wasn't too small or in a busy touristy area that I would go crazy staying there. I could actually put away my things and didn't have to live out of a suitcase. I also relocated with my dog and he was able to stay here with me which I am grateful for as a lot of places don't accept pets. Being up on a hill the air flow was good and I didn't need to turn on the fans or AC much. Internet and power was good and I didn't experience any outages during the month. It's an island so sand and dirt is hard to avoid and needed to clean constantly but not an issue for short term stays. FYI there are couple of stray dogs roaming around the neighborhood. They were not aggressive towards me or my dog and I left them food a few times.

Our family of 4 loved our week long stay and would highly recommend! We were warmly welcomed as others have mentioned with fruit basket and later fresh coconut. Everything was as described and made for a very convenient location to explore all parts of the island. Thank you for a wonderful stay Dian!

Our stay back home was nothing but awesome. From the time we entered the gates we were met by Eugenia and family. The place was so beautiful and well kept. Thank you for hosting me and my family! We will definitely recommend.

Have stayed in many properties and this-by far- was the most beautiful and relaxing!

Great location and place for (1) person or couple . Nearby from the airport which is very convenient. Enjoyed my stay at Julio’s will definitely recommend.

Perfect and impeccably clean. The only suggestion i have is an upgrade on the mattress pad and sheets in the primary bedroom. I love that they had beach chairs and a small cooler for drinks and snacks. A beautiful location...beach and pool at your feet. Also, lovely neighbor community and close to all the amenities . Thank you!!

Russell is just a wonderful host. The cab driver had difficulty locating the place and I told the driver I will call the host for direction. Russell answered right away and directed us to the unit. I explained to the host we are early because we wanted to know exactly where the property was located, we will go and have lunch and return to check-in later in the afternoon. To my amazement, Russell said, "you are here now, go ahead and check-in, the unit is ready". The Russell was very friendly and accommodating which made us feel at home. Our need and requests were immediately addressed. Our stay was truly wonderful. “A Home Away From Home”. Russell, thank you. We definitely will stay at your location again.

Candace was a great host! Super communicative and so nice. The location is perfect - easy walk to shoys beach, 10 min drive to downtown, 5 min from a seaside market, 20 min to point Udall / Issac Bay. The property: beautiful ! the kids absolutely loved the yard. They ran around it all day! The sea breeze and the trees kept them cool and could easily escape the heat under all the trees. The pool was great too. The house: very spacious and clean. A few things needed to be looked at while we were there and Candace was right on top of it! Definitely recommend. Nothing super fancy - really just great spot for easy, enjoyable vacation time. Our flight was delayed and Candace let us stay another few hours which was SO HELPFUL. We were able to nap the baby in a bed vs. the airport. Really appreciated that!! Thanks again!

My husband, son and I stayed here in early April. We were very pleased with the peacefulness of the location. It’s a little remote so you definitely need a car, but we were steps away from the beach and the ocean. My husband loved snorkeling in the ocean and he saw some really neat aquatic life. Marsha was extremely communicative both leading up to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing week and special location. The numerous 5 star reviews for Seaside Serenity reflect our experience as well. Theresa is a kind and generous host and felt a bit like having an island guide - her suggestions for things to do and see were personalized and spot on for our family and things we might have otherwise missed. We were spoiled by the private beach swimming there daily after morning coffee overlooking the sea. What a relaxing, beautiful, and well stocked rental (including passion fruit from a nearby tree Theresa picked for us to try and were delicious!)

This property was a perfect fit for our large group. Very private with a great view. The place looks much better in person than in the photos. Had a great view and private gate entrance. The pool is new which serves us greatly. Huge kitchen made great for serving food and hosting. Eddy was extremely helpful and accommodating to our plans as we had to book last minute. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get away and visit the beautiful island.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 3 couples, we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is very large with lots of beautiful outdoor spaces. The grounds are very large with many wonderful fruits, vegetables and herbs. We experienced a Bread fruit for the first time. Zen helped pick one for us from her very large tree, showed us how to cut it up and cook it! She also showed us what bush tea was, the leaves picked from her property were bay rum! We used many herbs and fruits on her property! Zen is a great hostess and really wants her guests to enjoy their time on the island.

The house was well equipped with all we needed for the week. Plenty of towels and linens. The property was clean and welcoming with plenty of large spaces. Convenient location for our planned activities.

Gabrielle was the best host we could ask for! She was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. I definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Staying in the Artist’s residence, surrounded by sculpture, paintings and poetry was a truly memorable experience. The courtyard is peaceful. The museum is inspiring. And yes, it is in the center of town so getting around is quick and easy. Thank you Jay and CMC!

Cecil’s place is lovely. Impeccably clean, comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. It had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. I walked once to town but I recommend taking a taxi, especially at night. I really enjoyed having a quiet peaceful place to unwind.

We stay at Joyce's twice a year for many years for bussiness travel. We love the location. Is our home away from home.

Juliette’s place was just as expected. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the water!! Juliette communicated with me upon arrival and departure. Highly recommend!
