"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

"The Coop" is a cosy, self-contained studio with stunning views of Montserrat, surrounded by nature. This is a haven for walkers, climbers and nature lovers as well as artists, writers and other creators seeking peace and tranquility. Only an hour from Barcelona, "The Coop" is on our property, where we live with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and laying hens. We share the mountain with insects, wild boar, deer and a wide variety of plants. The property is fenced all around.

Stylish loft in Montserrat

It's on the ground floor of the house, it has a porch with hammocks, it's very nice, the bathroom is full and the bed is very large, the mini kitchen is complete. The pool is salt water. The pool is shared with other guests. It's a house with views. and it's just for couples. I don't allow parties. Montserrat is very close and Barcelona is 50 km away
