I was with my two little children, it was perfect in the heart of Sarlat city center. I would highly recommend it. You can trust Ludovic. Another very positive point: there is a garage. Thanks to Ludovic for his kindness which allowed us to have a really pleasant stay. The listing really matches the place. One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

christophe's place is really perfect. the place is peaceful and relaxing. the state of impeccable cleanliness. Since it was a little cool, the heater had been turned on, and water-soluble coffee and small jams were available. Communication with Christophe was friendly and warm. a very good place that I would recommend.

Excellent stay in this pleasant Cocon sarladais, making it easy to visit Sarlat, and its region rich in beautiful discoveries, on foot by its location, or by car thanks to its essential parking. The terrace allows quiet rest, and the comfortable apartment is very well-equipped. We recommend it without hesitating.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Amazing place to stay!! This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Périgueux. Sophie, my fantastic host, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat is so comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the kitchen is set up quite well for cooking my local market finds! Walkable to everything, and parking is incredibly easy - even though we’re in the city center!! Another huge plus? Trash and recycling bins are right across the street. Super easy to take your trash, compost and recycling out each time you go out to explore Périgueux!! The Palais is the best place to stay in Périgueux, hands down.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

We really enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, pleasant and very clean. There's nothing missing! The calm is appreciable, the bedding is very good, and the house is very well-equipped. Sarlat is very close, not to mention all the other magical places to visit, a great stay, thank you!
