Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Marche

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Luisa and her mum were amazing. Kept in touch on our arrival day and were waiting in garden when we arrived. We were shown around and everything explained. To be honest, I don’t think the photos do it justice, the place is outstanding. The views are incredible and so peaceful on an evening to sit on terrace after a busy day sightseeing and a refreshing swim. I would highly recommend and we hope to visit again in the future.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Micaela en Stefano zijn ongelooflijk lieve en gastvrije hosts – niets is hen te veel. Ze reageren snel en staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Ook de buren zijn vriendelijk, wat bijdraagt aan de ontspannen sfeer. Het huisje zelf is perfect uitgerust; werkelijk aan alles is gedacht, je komt niets tekort. De ligging is fantastisch: adembenemende vergezichten en een ideaal uitgangspunt om de mooiste dorpjes en steden in Umbrië te ontdekken. We hebben enorm genoten en komen graag nog eens terug!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

Claire and Saura were great hosts who have created a house with just about everything you could want for a superb, calm and comfortable break in an oasis of rural bliss near Servigliano! Extraordinary views, lovely pool and welcoming hosts. We plan to go back!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Riccardo è stato subito attento e premuroso. Sull’alloggio, dire splendido, sarebbe riduttivo! Il giardino era perfetto, la piscina, anche se per via del tempo, non siamo riusciti a sfruttarla, è bellissima e la vasca idromassaggio la ciliegina sulla torta. Sicuramente ci torneremo, anche perché si trova in una posizione ottima per permetterti di raggiungere le mete più belle.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Ottima accoglienza, Matteo è gentile e attento. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con un bellissimo salotto e una cucina spaziale. La sera nel giardino abbiamo visto tantissime lucciole un cosa mozzafiato. Posto super consigliato se volete passare qualche giorno lontano dal caos cittadino e immergervi nella natura.
