Very nice and cozy apartment located in a convenient location such that you can walk down and arrive in a few minutes downtown and all the necessary services. Very convenient for those who want to visit Assisi and surroundings since in a few minutes by car you can reach all the Franciscan religious sites that the area offers. Recommended

Although short, the stay was great. Easy to get to and centrally located, the place is well-stocked and maintained. Piero was very kind to wait for us for check-in and always responsive. It was nice to meet you.

I stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend at Giò's house, logistically the apartment is in a very comfortable area as from here we reached in approx. 15' the main destinations of Conero. Clean, comfortable and pleasantly cool apartment inside for the peculiarities of the structure. Parking available just outside the property. Finally, a thank you to Giovanni, the host, who is always kind, responsive and available with his tips on the area.

My wife and I stayed in this farmhouse surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The bed was comfortable and the nights spent in the quietness of the countryside. The outdoor space is very suitable for spending pleasant evenings in the warmer seasons. We were there in early November and so we were able to appreciate the qualities of the house inside. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Massimo welcomed us very kindly and immediately went out of his way to solve a problem related to the heating and drainage of the kitchen sink, so our stay took place without problems. Positive experience.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

Our group (5 adults and 6 kids) enjoyed the stay in this beatiful and well situated house close the the sea very much. The beautiful beaches in the Conero Park are just a short drive away. Very well maintained property and walkable to the heart of the city. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Host was gracious, helpful and available. We were coming from CA, USA and she communicated throughout the process. She went out of her way to assist and guide us through a major festival in Gubbio. Highly recommend.

Great apartman in centre of Numana. 10min walk to the nice beach, 12min walk to Sirolo centre. Amazing view from terasse. Piero is a helpful guy, can speak english enough to communicate with eachother.

I recommend the Red House as it is a great place to stay in a very favorable location in the historic center of Gubbio. Giancarlo and Mrs. Sabrina were very kind and helpful.
