Perfect Stay – Felt Just Like Home! Christelle’s place was absolutely perfect and accommodated all of my needs. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing photos—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Christelle is truly an outstanding host with a warm and caring spirit. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her hospitality made my experience in Minnesota even more enjoyable. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed in since coming to Minnesota. If her place is available when I return, I won’t hesitate to book again. Don’t think twice—if you’re considering this Airbnb, go ahead and book it! You won’t regret it.

Bev’s place was quiet, comfortable, and extremely clean! I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (I could have cooked for an army and not run out of cookware 😊) Being able to park in the garage and walk to the grocery store were bonuses! I traveled with my daughter and felt very safe during the entire stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place ! The apartment was exactly as described; clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a great place and the host is really good and helpful ! Would recommend to anyone 5 🌟 stay !! Will be back to stay here the location is so perfect . Close access to downtown and the highway exits , also Wedge Co-op grocery store is in walking distance !

I have stayed here 2 years in a row and intend to stay there again. I especially loved the indoor parking, the washer/dryer in the unit and the walk in shower. Also appreciated the elevator as I am partially disabled.

We enjoyed our stay at the Goodrich House. The location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants and very easy street parking. The unit itself was spacious and charming. The pictures don’t do justice to how much space you have! Our group of 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from toddler to teen were very comfortable. Although the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the backyard, that too looked like a great area. Debbie was very responsive to our messages and was so helpful during our stay. I hope to be able to visit again!

Mark was an excellent host! This is an amazing location centrally located to all there is to do in Minneapolis. We had a very easy check in and Marks place is very safe and secure with two separate locked doors to gain entry. Place was impeccably clean and decorated tastefully and the little touches of amenities were impeccable. If you stay check out nearby Bunny’s Bar & Grill and Parkway Pizza, just two of the best meals we had during our stay.!

This is our favorite location when we visit St. Paul. There are plenty of great restaurants near by and lots to do. The place is peaceful and feels homey.

We had a great experience in this charming space. The location was great and downtown Minneapolis was easily accessible. Parking was no problem and we appreciated that we weren't required to strip beds and take out trash (just had to wash a few dishes we used!) We'd definitely stay here again.

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

Ruby's place was just perfect. The location is great. She checks in to see if you need supplies or anything. The place is completely stocked with everything you could need and more. They went above and beyond, even lending me their own blender. When I was checking out, one of my kitties got scared and went behind the fridge and hid. Navjot came up and pulled out the fridge for me so I could rescue Smudge.

Allison's place is magical! We stayed for a couple of months just after moving to Minneapolis, during our housing search. Her space is quaint and cozy, exactly like the pictures, and the building is true to its original character in its decor as well. Allison was a fabulous host -- she stocked the apartment well with fruit, coffee, and snacks for our arrival, and in general, we felt we always had what we needed during our stay -- a variety of cookware, cleaning supplies, additional linens, etc. We had no issues at all except for a minor plumbing one, and Allison had it resolved within a couple of hours. We loved the location - it is across the street from a beach, which seemed like a well-used, vibrant community spot. We spent time on the beach while it was swimming weather, and walked along the paths around it almost every day with our dogs. It was especially picturesque as the trees changed color and weather cooled. We loved our stay here and would gladly stay again!

We had a great stay at John's place. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to some shops and restaurants in the area. The space was comfy and designed well. John was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. Would definitely stay there again!

This place totally met our needs, plenty of space to relax and hang out. The pool was perfect! Workout facilities were adequate to allow us to not get too off track! Great value!

I would not hesitate to stay here again! Aaron and Colleen were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to provide super clear instructions and labeling. They left really nice host treats in the apartment for us. Being there for a week, it was absolutely amazing to have a peloton bike, treadmill, and rower. They also had yoga mats and dumbbells. we felt a little spoiled with the hot tub and sauna as well! All the streaming apps were logged in and ready to go. You will not be lacking for coffee or tea options! They were always super responsive and flexible. Listen up, all of you morning shake or smoothie drinkers, they have a Vitamix blender! If you know, you know. We were able to do laundry, which was really helpful upon returning home. One less thing to do! They made checkout way easier than I’m used to at any Airbnb. I’d advise you bring your slippers because it is a basement apartment and the floors carry a chill! That said, there’s a nice gas fireplace to cozy up with!

Justin was super lovely the entire duration of our stay. He was always checking in and the place was cleaned to perfection! Would love the rent from him again!

If you’re looking for a mid city place, easy access to dining, entertainment and transportation this one bedroom is for you. A small deck for enjoying the city sounds, a lobby with free coffee and a covered parking garage. Bed is comfy, dressing room is large with clothes washer&dryer, full kitchen for cooking and privacy blinds gives full use of this space. Seating is limited and couch not comfortable so plan to bring your own lawn chair. Located on a busy street not far from hospital so you’ll hear plenty of ambulances and traffic. Building is safe and secure and we will stay here again.!

AMAZING stay Ashleigh’s apartment felt right at home and was a good distance from a lot of spots! Would definitely stay here again!!

Here’s the revised review with the gym towel feedback included: • The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. • The balcony, hot tub, and pool were great features. • Beautiful views with great lighting. • Initially, there was only one bath towel and one hand towel for two guests, with no washcloths. However, the host followed up and sent extras, which was much appreciated. It would be helpful to have extras stored in a closet, especially with a hot tub and for use after the gym. • There were no dish rags to clean dishes or wipe surfaces. A used sponge was provided, but it didn’t seem very sanitary. • A small suggestion: having basic condiments like salt and pepper would be a nice touch. • Overall, a great stay with a responsive host!
