Vacation rentals with a patio in Malschwitz

We had a fantastic weekend in the rented apartment in Dresden. The location was perfect – central so we could walk to everything worth seeing. The apartment itself was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning. Overall a wonderful place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

Our colleague felt very comfortable at Svetlana's place and would have liked to have stayed longer. Communication with Svetlana was very friendly and we will definitely be happy to come back when we are back in the area.

We stayed in the apartment twice on our stay in Cottbus! For two weeks in total. We liked it so much that we booked for another week. The location is perfect. Right near the shops and not far from the train station. Ground floor was a bonus and I loved the shower pressure! Would definitely recommend!

As we arrived in the really nice and cosy appartement, we found an emergency Problem. The contact with Russel because of that, was very kind an helpful. He was very committed to find a fast solution for another accomodation, cause it was very cold outside. If the Problem is solved, we would really like to come again!

We stayed at this location for several days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Originally we had planned to stay at a highly rated hotel in the city center. I had read all of the reviews and it looked fantastic. However, several weeks before we arrive I checked again and the reviews had substantially decreased. We decided to cancel and book this one. It was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have stayed at in Europe. It was pristine, loved the location, balcony was great, and the decor was right on. Everything that we needed was there. Patricia was very communicative and there was easy check-in. She even offered us an earlier time to check in, but unfortunately, we were not able to utilize this as became in later. However, that would definitely have been useful if we had arrived earlier. We also really enjoyed the balcony space. It was very nice and it overbooked a courtyard shared with the other apartments. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

We were really happy with our stay. The flat was exactly as on the pictures and very clean. Enrico was proactive, kind and instantly available. We could organize everything quickly and easily online. Thank you, Enrico!

We were in the vacation home with 12 people in March 2025. There was enough space for everyone, so the room layout was very simple and with 4 bathrooms (without taking into account the apartment) we could always divide up well. We felt very comfortable right from the start and were very excited about the large kitchen with cooking island, the very spacious living room incl. Bar and the beautiful winter garden with large table tennis table. At first, we were afraid that it would be a bit cramped with the large group, but we were always able to spread out well and could also use everything outside (grill, fireplace, pool). The beer cost extra, but we were informed of the costs in advance. The surroundings were wonderful and so we could also discover the good restaurants while hiking. There were shops nearby. Once again, thank you for the wonderful hospitality of Corah Lou and Jan and we want to come back next year :).

The place was really outstanding! Unfortunately, we only spent two nights in the Old Vault and felt super comfortable. The apartment really has everything you need and more, it is sparkling clean, comfortably furnished and the sauna and hot tub, as well as the terrace is really great. The location is quiet and a little off cities, just like we wanted, but you can hike, swim and enjoy the fresh air! We will definitely be back! A lovingly furnished small old cottage in a very quiet environment. It was an extremely cozy stay for us. The nearby tram line three connects an optimal with the old town and the New Town. Perfect starting point for all activities.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s house! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Our two toddlers loved the play room! It was well set up with stair gates and cups/plates for the kiddos. The house was always cosy despite -9°C and snow outside. We felt very at home and would definitely come back in Summer to make use of the garden and pool! Jenny was very attentive and came over to help us understand the heating and the electric plug in for our rental car. My only negative would be that it was a bit dusty and dirty under and around the furniture. But we are also maybe a more particular family and wouldn’t want this to discourage anyone from staying!

We stayed with 10 family members in the house by the lake (6 adults and 4 teenagers). The house is situated in a quiet environment directly on the lake. The house is very nicely decorated, the bedrooms all wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can cook very well together and in the living room we had comfortable space at the large dining table. We enjoyed the hours of sun reading outside - there are many nice seating in front of the house and on the two terraces. Shopping is easily accessible by car in a few minutes, and Pirna is also quick. We took the S-Bahn to Dresden, for hiking in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains about 30 minutes by car. Susi and Thomas are great hosts and communication with them was very good. It was a beautiful Easter holiday with the family and we can only recommend the house on the lake.

We loved staying in every way. Host Martina is very responsive and responds to messages at record speed. The apartment was completely ready upon arrival. We appreciated the cozy amenities and cleanliness.

Tobi and Nico are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment has a unique character with charming decor and a lovely view of the city. It’s very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to the beautiful old town of Dresden. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gifts and the little photo corner!

Very friendly hosts. We were traveling with a toddler and Franco responded to our requests. Especially for our child were the fish and the hot tub. The location of the AirBnb was also very central for shopping and for day trips to Dresden, or the national park. Nevertheless, you had your privacy and tranquility. We can only recommend it.

Our stay at Manuel's apartment was perfect. The location is a beautiful old village area, close to the airport and the center. For us, it was great to park by car and get anywhere. The apartment was just perfect and left nothing to be desired. Thank you and best regards from Cologne, Silvia

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, bright, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything was spotlessly clean and well prepared, with all the equipment in the flat ready to use and in great condition. The kitchen was excellent — well laid out, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, with a grocery store just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is fantastic — you can walk to the city centre easily, yet the area around the flat is quiet and peaceful. Arrival was simple thanks to the easy access via code, and we had no trouble finding a parking spot right in front of the building. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly throughout. We felt very welcome and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Jana's place during a roadtrip through Czechia with some friends. It was a fantanstic stay. The apartment itself is located in a village close to the town of Decin (10 min drive) with restaurants and supermarkets, or about 20 minutes drive to the Bohemian Switzerland national park. You absolutely need a car to get here, but there is a parking space available for travellers. The location is stunning, directly on a river with a big garden which is free to use, including the possibility to build a fire. Be aware, there are three very friendly cats at the location! The apartment is a charming studio, quite large, with a good and decently equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is another AirBnB below, but this space is completely private. Sleeping arrangements were two, very large, comfortable beds. Check in was absolutely seamless, with Jana responding promptly and giving us clear instructions to find the place. Great stay!

Wonderful apartment. Very high quality. Everything's there. Fully uncomplicated communication. Arlette is a great hostess. We felt super comfortable.
